You can easily process contracts with members based on the HR and contract information of members registered in flex.
flex electronic contracts can only request and manage contracts for members who are registered as members. Electronic contracts cannot be signed with external teams or companies.
Requesting a Contract
Go to the [Electronic Contract] menu on the left → [Contract Request] → [Select Contract Recipients] to select the members or organizations to send the contract to.
In the [Select Electronic Contract] tab, click [Set Pay Date], select the pay date, and then click the contract form template.
After selecting the form template, click the [Create Contract] button at the top.You can batch-select form templates to send and send 1 or more contracts at once.
Check the [Unfilled] information and fill in the fields. Click [Preview] to do a final review of the content before sending the contract. When the [Request Contract] button at the top right becomes active, you can send the contract. You can also click the [Save as Draft] button to save the contract as a draft before requesting and request it later.
Members will receive a signature request notification via email, to-do, and the flex app, and can proceed with signing.
You can pre-populate information in member contract details and request contracts. If you have entered the contract amount, inclusive wage contract, and contract-included allowances in member [Contract Info] → [Wage Contract], the information will be automatically loaded for quick contract requests. Requesting Contracts via Excel
Go to the [Electronic Contract] menu on the left → [Contract Request] → [Select Contract Recipients] to select the members or organizations to send the contract to.
In the [Select Electronic Contract] tab, click [Set Pay Date], select the pay date, and then click the contract form template.
After selecting the form template, click the [Create Contract] button at the top.
On the next contract request information input screen, click the Excel icon at the top right, then click the [Download] button for the Excel template.
Enter the member's 'Employee ID' in column A, then fill in the values for each field in the contract form template.
After filling in the entire Excel file, upload the file.
After confirming all contract information, click [Request Contract] at the top right to send the contract to the members.
FAQ

Hover your mouse over the [Unfilled] field or click the [Preview] button to see which field values have not been filled in. Usually, it is because required input fields such as work type, fixed overtime allowance, or employment contract start date are empty.
On the contract request screen, scroll to the right to check which field values are blank, such as work type items and fixed overtime allowance based on inclusive contract.

If a contract has been saved as a draft, the contract recipients are [fixed] in that state, so you cannot add or delete recipients (members).
If you want to request a contract excluding specific members, you can select some members and request the contract as shown below, but you cannot add specific recipients.
However, since the contract request can only be processed once, if you select only some members from the full member list and request, the other contract entries will disappear. Please note that this is not a method where you send to some first and then send to other members later!
For example, if you request for 3 out of a total of 30 contract recipients, the remaining 27 entries will disappear, so you will need to create a new contract request.

To select 2 or more contract form templates and send to members, the form templates must be in different categories. That is, form template A and form template B must be in different categories.
If the form templates you want to send together are in the Employment Contract category, select one of the form templates, go to the form template editing screen, change the [Form Template Category] at the bottom right to Salary Contract or Other Form Templates, save it, and then request the contract.

Prospective employees (new hires) cannot access flex before their hire date. Therefore, the contract itself can be signed through the flex web or app on the actual hire date.
However, the contract request itself can be sent before the hire date.
Register the prospective employee (new hire) in flex through the left menu [Members] -> [Add Member].
Since you need to send employment and salary contracts, please enter and register all HR information and contract information for the member.
Then, select the new hire in the Electronic Contract menu, select a contract form template, and send the contract in advance. The prospective employee (new hire) can then view the sent electronic contract through the flex web or app on their hire date and sign the contract.
