Account Code Management

You can easily and quickly manage all account codes used in flex in one place! We'll guide you through all the features for efficient accounting management, from adding new account codes to setting usage scope and hiding them.

Account Code Management Menu

  • Click [Expense Management] → [Settings] → [Account Code Management].

  • In this menu, you can manage all account codes used in flex at a glance.

Adding Account Codes

  • Click the [Add] button to add account codes.

    • Add One: Add one at a time by entering directly.

    • Add Multiple: Add multiple items at once. Copy/paste like Excel is also supported.

Setting Up Account Codes

  • Code: Account code can only be entered as numbers or English characters, and duplicate codes cannot be created.

  • Name: Enter the account code name. Unlike codes, duplicate names can be entered.

  • Usage Scope: You can specify which flex product the account code will be used in.

    • Common: Can be used in all products.

    • Expense Management: Can only be used in Expense Management.

    • Payroll: Can only be used in Payroll.

Hiding and Restoring Account Codes

  • Unused account codes can be hidden from the [More] menu.

    • If you hide an account code that is already in use in a product, related settings may be reset, so please choose carefully.

  • Hidden account codes can be restored at any time by clicking the three dots on the right side of [Account Code Management] and selecting [View Hidden Account Codes].


FAQ

Can I delete an incorrectly created account code?

Account codes are essential items needed for ERP upload, so we do not provide a separate delete function. If you made an error, please use account code [Edit] to modify the code, name, etc.
