If you have already processed payroll and want to reflect and manage it in flex, you can use the payroll data migration feature to import payroll data.
Using the payroll data migration feature, you can also issue pay stubs to employees through flex.
(Withholding tax receipts require processing mid-year settlement through flex.)
Only admins with the [Payroll Data Migration] permission can use the payroll data migration feature.
Payroll Data Migration
Go to [Payroll] → [Data Management] → [Payroll Data Migration] and download the template from [Migrate Payroll Data], enter the values, then upload the payroll data to reflect the values.
The employee's employee number is the data key in the Excel file, so please double-check the employee numbers.
The uploaded data generates pay stubs, payroll registers, etc.
If you need to enter hours for overtime pay in the uploaded data, click the three-dot button on the right of the migration entry → upload time data via Add Calculation Basis and Reference Hours through Excel upload.
How to Fill Out the Template
Enter the values you want to reflect according to the template format.
The template format includes custom payment and deduction item codes that you have added. To check these items in detail, refer to Settings - Payment Items or Deduction Items.
If you hide or delete rows/columns in the template, the values will not be reflected, so please do not modify the template.
Formulas are not recognized. Please enter values in the format matching the template format.
If you want to change the template items, please change the payment and deduction items first, then attempt the payroll data migration.
Enter the amounts in the applicable fields for each employee: attribution month, payment date, basic information, payment items, deduction items, year-end settlement, etc.
How to Make Pay Stubs Public
Pay stubs for payroll data uploaded via migration are set to private by default.
To change to public, go to Payroll → Completed Settlements → Select Migrated Settlement Result → Pay Stub Settings.
