After adjusting remaining annual leave for active and separated employees, you can view the adjustment history, download it as an Excel file, and cancel adjustments from the Remaining Annual Leave Adjustment History page.
If you do not subscribe to flex payroll reconciliation, you can download the adjustment history as an Excel file and use it for reconciliation.
From the left menu, click [Attendance Management] - [Annual Leave Adjustment] - [Remaining Annual Leave Adjustment History for Active and Separated Employees].
You can easily search adjustment history using the filters at the top: [Adjustment Period], [Status], [Adjustment Type], [Adjuster], [Adjustment Target].
Viewing Active Employee Remaining Annual Leave Adjustment History
Clicking on an adjustment record allows you to view the detailed adjustment information and reason for each target.
Clicking [Open Details] on the right side of a target allows you to view each member\'s detailed information and the annual leave policy applied to them. You can also click the [Enter Reason] field to edit an existing reason, or add a new reason if none has been entered.
Click [Download] in the upper right of the adjustment history to download the adjustment records as an Excel file.
The downloaded Excel file of active employee remaining annual leave adjustment history is encrypted to prevent modification, as it is used for payroll and other reconciliation purposes.
If you need to modify the remaining annual leave adjustment records, you must cancel the adjustment via [Cancel Adjustment] and then redo the adjustment.
Canceling Active Employee Remaining Annual Leave Adjustments
Canceled active employee remaining annual leave adjustment records cannot be restored. Please make sure to verify before canceling.
Click on an adjustment record, then click the three dots in the upper right and select [Cancel All] to cancel all adjustment records for a member.
If you want to cancel the adjustment records for only some members, you can use the left checkbox or click the three dots on the right side of the relevant member\'s row to cancel the adjustment.
Viewing Separated Employee Remaining Annual Leave Adjustment History
Click on a [Separated Employee] remaining annual leave adjustment record to view the detailed adjustment information and reason for each target.
Clicking [Open Details] on the right side of a target allows you to view each member\'s detailed information and the annual leave policy applied to them. You can also click the [Enter Reason] field to edit an existing reason, or add a new reason if none has been entered.
Click [Download] in the upper right of the adjustment history to bulk download the adjustment records for each separated member as an Excel file.
If you want to download the remaining annual leave adjustment history for a specific separated member as an Excel file, click the [Download] button in the upper right of the [Open Details] screen.
When downloading the separated employee remaining annual leave adjustment history as an Excel file, the file is encrypted upon download.
Since reconciliation for unused annual leave pay and similar items was carried out based on this file, the source file is encrypted upon download to prevent modification.

Click on an adjustment record, then click the three dots in the upper right and select [Cancel All] to cancel all adjustment records for a member.

After canceling the adjustment records, please redo the adjustment.
