The Leave Balance Status page provides information about members' current leave balances and features for granting annual leave and custom leave.
If a member does not appear in the list, please check whether the member has been assigned to a specific [Organization]. Since members are looked up by organization unit, a member without an assigned organization may not appear. Please transfer the member to an organization first, then look them up!
Required Permission : Administrators granted [Leave Balance Status, Usage History View] permission, or organization managers or members granted [Member Leave View] permission can access this page.
Leave Balance Status and Leave History Download
Administrators with [Leave Balance Status, Usage History View] or [Member Leave View] permission can download the leave balance status and leave history.
Leave Balance Status : When downloaded, you can manage the remaining leave balance as of today for the selected organization in an Excel file.
Leave History : You can view the granted, deducted, expired, and remaining history for a selected period.
When downloading leave history, you can manage annual leave in more detail using data on monthly leave grants, usage, expiration, adjustments, and remaining balances in addition to annual leave.Among leave types, you can only select annual leave, tenure-based leave, and directly granted leave by an administrator.
The maximum downloadable period is 1 year.
The remaining count downloaded reflects the remaining balance for the period set at the time of download.
Tip!
If you download the leave history with a future date as the end of the query period, you can preview the number of annual leave days members will receive in the future!
For example, as of December 1, 2025, if you query and download the leave history up to January 1, 2026, you can preview the number of annual leave days each member will be granted as of January 1, 2026 (for companies that grant annual leave on January 1 as the fiscal year start date). :)
Adjusting Annual Leave (Granting · Deducting Annual Leave)
Administrators who have been granted all [Leave]-related permissions, or administrators who have been granted [Leave View] + [Leave Edit] + [Annual Leave Policy and Promotion Management] + [Custom Leave Management] permissions can additionally grant or deduct annual leave using the Leave Adjustment feature.
From the left menu, go to Attendance Management - Leave Management - Leave Balance Status tab, click [Leave Adjustment] in the upper right, then click [Annual Leave Adjustment].
The annual leave adjustment days will be added or deducted on the date specified in [Adjustment Effective Date].
Identify the members who need leave adjustment, then select whether to add or deduct the annual leave (monthly leave) to be adjusted.
After verifying the adjustment values and remaining count, click [Apply] in the upper right -> enter the adjustment reason (required) and click Confirm!
Click the [Annual Leave Excel Adjustment] button in the upper right to perform bulk annual leave adjustments.
Download the [Annual Leave Excel Adjustment] template and enter the adjustment values in the [Type] and [Adjustment Input] columns.
The Type / Adjustment Input columns are set to text format. Please save the form after entering values so the format does not change.
Granting Custom Leave
When custom leave is granted, a notification will be sent to the member!
From the left menu, go to [Attendance Management]→ [Leave Management] → Leave Balance Status tab, click [Grant Custom Leave] in the upper right, then click [Grant Custom Leave].
Set the leave type, grant amount, target members, and period, then click [Grant Custom Leave] at the bottom.
The grant target can be set to all members, individual members, or by organization.
You can set a specific usable period or allow use at any time.
If a usage period is set, members must register and use the leave within that period.
Click [Bulk Grant via Excel] at the bottom → click the [Download Excel Template] button to download the template.
Open the downloaded Excel file, review the notes, and enter the data.
When you click the [Leave Name] column, you can see custom leave types excluding on-application grants and compensatory leave (granted from work management).
The member identifier is either the employee ID or email address.
Do not delete example rows 9–11; enter your data starting from row 12.
Once you have finished entering the data, upload the Excel file and click [Upload Form].
If the upload is successful, you can confirm it in [Custom Leave Grant History] as shown below.
If the upload fails, you can check which row failed and why.
Please correct the data and re-upload!
Leave Grant History (Annual Leave Grant · Deduction History)
Go to [Attendance Management] - [Leave Management] - [Leave Balance Status] tab, click [Leave Adjustment] in the upper right, then click [Annual Leave Adjustment History] from the adjustment history.
You can view the adjustment effective date, adjustment reason, adjustment date, and the administrator who made the adjustment, per adjustment record and per target member.
Click an adjustment record, then click the three-dot button at the top right of the adjustment details to cancel the adjustment.
If you want to cancel only a specific member's adjustment, click the three-dot button to the right of the target member to cancel their adjustment record.
Leave Grant History (Custom Leave Grant History)
You can view grant history, revoke leave, and modify usage deadlines for custom leave types created by the company — such as military training leave, compensatory (reward) leave, family event leave, sick leave, etc. — beyond statutory annual leave.
Go to [Attendance Management] - [Leave Management] - [Leave Balance Status] tab, click [Grant Custom Leave] in the upper right, then click [Custom Leave Grant History].
You can set a query period to view the grant history. You can query up to a maximum of 90 days at a time.
Click [Add Filter] to add filters by grantor, grant target, and leave type to query custom leave grant history. You can also filter by grant period, expiration status (whether the usage deadline has passed), and leave status (whether used or revoked).
Looking at the example image below of the grant history screen: Gang Flin was granted leave usable at any time from March 23 and has used it all. On the other hand, a member named Hong Gil-dong was granted leave usable between March 24–28 by an administrator named flex2, but the usage deadline has passed and it has expired.
Click on a grant record to view the grant details. In the [Usage History] tab, you can see when the member used that leave.
You can revoke granted leave from the custom leave grant history. Click the checkbox on the left and then click [Revoke] at the bottom, or click the [Bulk Change] button in the upper right to bulk revoke leave.
If you select specific members and click [Revoke] at the bottom, only that specific leave for the selected members will be revoked.
After selecting members, clicking [Bulk Change] - [Revoke] means:
This means revoking all grant records issued to other members on March 24. In other words, it means revoking all remaining leave granted to all members including Hong Gil-dong and other members, and bulk revoking all custom leave named [Administrator-Granted (Leave Name)] that was previously granted but still had remaining hours.
If you want to bulk revoke leave granted to multiple members at a specific point in time, click the grant record under [By Grant Record], then select members as shown in the second image below and click [Revoke] at the bottom or [Bulk Change] in the upper right to revoke the grant.
If a member has already used part of the leave, the used (registered) leave will not be cancelled or revoked. If you also want to revoke the leave days the member has already used, the administrator must cancel that leave first, then proceed with the revocation.
[Summary of revocation methods!]
To revoke leave for only some members out of multiple members who received the same grant, select the members to revoke and click [Revoke] at the bottom to revoke only those members' leave.
To bulk revoke leave granted to multiple members, go to the [By Grant Record] tab, click the grant record, then click [Bulk Change] - [Revoke] to bulk revoke the leave granted to multiple members at a specific point in time.
If leave has expired and you need to extend the usage deadline, select the members whose deadline you want to extend or use [Bulk Change] - [Change Usage Deadline] to change the usage deadline of the expired leave.
Click the [Download] button in the upper right of the custom leave grant history to download the grant history as an Excel file.
Just like the custom leave grant history screen, you can check the grant target, grantor, usable period, and status (expired, unused, fully used, partially used), etc.
Select the grant period, grantor, grant target, etc., then click [Download Grant History] at the bottom.
You can query and download the grant history in periods of up to 1 year.

What does it mean when the grantor in the custom leave grant history shows [System Grant]?
What does it mean when the grantor in the custom leave grant history shows [System Grant]?
This refers to leave that was automatically granted by the system according to the leave grant method configured by the administrator — such as on-application grants or recurring grants — or leave that was granted because a member submitted a request, rather than being directly granted by an administrator.
For example, if Hong Gil-dong's military training leave shows System Grant · March 31, 2025, 4:54 PM, it means the member directly applied for and registered the leave on March 31, 2025 at around 4:54 PM.
Does the member receive a notification when the custom leave usage deadline is changed?
Does the member receive a notification when the custom leave usage deadline is changed?
No separate notification is sent to the member when the custom leave usage deadline is changed.
For custom leave, notifications are only sent to members when an administrator grants or revokes leave.
How can I check how much annual leave carried over from last year to this year?
How can I check how much annual leave carried over from last year to this year?
The leave history does not separately categorize "carried-over" annual leave. Carried-over leave is reflected in the current remaining balance. For example, if last year's remaining annual leave was -2 days and this year 15 days were granted, the remaining balance would be 13 days.
To explain how to check carried-over annual leave based on the fiscal year:
You can typically set the query period to January 1 of the current year, download the leave history, and compare the granted days with the remaining days.
Assuming no annual leave was used on January 1, if the granted days as of January 1 is 15 but the remaining days is 20, you can calculate that 5 days were carried over from the previous year.
Can I check the granted, used, and expired days of custom leave?
Can I check the granted, used, and expired days of custom leave?
You can use the leave history feature to check the granted, deducted, used, expired, and remaining records for custom leave in addition to annual leave all at once! You can also check the leave history for reward leave, compensatory leave, etc. granted as custom leave.
However, only leave with a grant policy of 'Tenure-Based Leave Grant' or 'Administrator Direct Grant Leave' can be selected.
[Path] : Attendance Management → Leave Management → Leave Balance Status Click the download icon on the right → Select Leave History. You can use the leave history feature to check the grant, deduction, usage, expiration, and remaining records all at once!
Is there no separate sorting feature on the annual leave grant/deduction screen?
Is there no separate sorting feature on the annual leave grant/deduction screen?
A separate sorting feature is not available on the annual leave grant/deduction screen.
Can recurring grants and tenure-based leave grants not be viewed on the custom leave grant history screen or in the Excel file?
Can recurring grants and tenure-based leave grants not be viewed on the custom leave grant history screen or in the Excel file?
The custom leave grant history screen and Excel file basically show grant records for leave granted on application and leave directly granted by an administrator to members.
If the custom leave grant method is monthly, annual recurring grant, or tenure-based grant, the grant record can only be viewed after the member actually registers (uses) the leave.
For example, if you operate leave that grants 1 day every year, 1 day of leave is granted to each member on January 1 each year. If the member does not use that leave, it cannot be viewed in the grant history; however, if the member uses the leave, it can be viewed in the grant history. Note that since the grant date is actually January 1, you must query by January or as of January 1 when searching by grant period.
