Managing Payroll Documents with File Storage

The payroll file storage is a feature for registering and storing or sharing various documents such as payroll data and retirement documents. Administrators can upload, download, and delete files, and can efficiently handle large volumes of files using the bulk download feature when needed.

The [Payroll File Management] permission is required to use this feature.

Uploading Files

  • From the left menu, navigate to [Payroll] > [Data Management] > [File Storage], then click the [Register File] button in the upper right or the [Register File] button on the screen.

  • When the file storage creation window appears, enter a title (required) and a memo (optional).

    • Click [Add File] at the bottom to upload files. If you need to exclude any of the uploaded files, click [Exclude File] to upload only selected files.

  • Click [Add File] or drag and drop files into the window to upload. To upload only some of the files, click the checkbox on the left side and then click [Exclude File] to remove them from the list.

  • Click the [Upload Files] button and the entry will be created in the file storage list.

Viewing and Editing File Storage

  • Click on the row of the item you want to edit in the file storage list.

  • Click on the row of the item you want to edit in the file storage list. When the edit window appears, you can modify the title, memo, or add or delete files.

    • Download individual file: Click the download icon on the right side of the file list.

    • Bulk download selected files: Select files using the checkbox on the right side, then click the [Download Selected Files] button at the top to download as a ZIP file.

Managing the File Storage List

  • Download all files: Click the download icon on the right side of each row in the list to download all files in that storage as a ZIP file.

  • Delete: Click the More (...) button on the right side of each row, then select 'Delete' to delete the storage.

What file types can be uploaded?

Most file formats are supported, including images (png, jpg), documents (pdf, xlsx, docx, hwp), and compressed files (zip). Please refer to the table below for a detailed list.

What is the maximum file upload size?

You can upload up to 20MB per file. Files exceeding 20MB cannot be uploaded — please compress the file first before uploading.

Nothing happens when I click the download button

When downloading multiple files, the browser's multiple download feature may be blocked. Please check your browser settings (e.g., Chrome: 'Settings > Privacy and security > Site settings > Automatic downloads') to confirm that downloading multiple files is allowed.

Who can view the files uploaded to the file storage?

Files uploaded to the file storage can only be viewed by members with the [Payroll File Management] permission. If you need to share documents with the entire company, please use the company document storage or the individual member document storage feature!
