Can I delete uploaded goals?
Can I delete uploaded goals?
Yes, you can. However, when deleting a goal, notifications are sent to related employees via web and app that the goal has been deleted, and if there was a linked parent goal, the goal's name will remain as 'Deleted Goal' in the parent goal's activity history.
Hover over a goal to see a checkbox. After selecting all or individual goals, click the [Delete] button at the bottom. Please note that deleted goals cannot be recovered.

I get an error saying the organization name is wrong when uploading organization goals via Excel!
I get an error saying the organization name is wrong when uploading organization goals via Excel!
If you get an error saying the organization name is incorrect when bulk uploading organization goals via Excel, please check whether the organization exists as of the goal start date and whether the organization name matches. The organization must exist as of the goal start date, and the name must match the organization name at that point for the upload to succeed! (However, after upload, it will be reflected based on the current organization name.)
You can check the organization status at a specific point by selecting the goal start date as the reference date in the organization chart.
