How should annual leave from before flex adoption be reflected in settlement?

You can review and modify annual leave details for employees who joined before flex was adopted.

If pre-adoption usage, promotion, and settlement records are not registered in flex, simply enter the quantities at the time of settlement and leave a reason.

Adjusting Separated Employee Remaining Annual Leave by Entering Pre-Adoption Usage and Promotion Quantities

  • For employees who joined before flex adoption, you can see a caution notice. Click [Open Details] to register pre-adoption usage, promotion, and settlement records.

  • You can view detailed information about annual leave quantities granted based on the employee's hire and separation dates before/after flex adoption, as well as quantities additionally granted through the adjustment feature.

  • In the [Deduction] column, you can enter the quantities used and promoted before flex adoption to adjust the remaining quantity. When you enter quantities, the [Remaining] and [Adjusted] quantities are automatically updated.
