You can edit evaluation settings even after the evaluation has been created.
However, the range of editable settings depends on how far the evaluation has progressed, and items that can no longer be changed will be disabled.
How to Edit Evaluation Settings
Click [Evaluation] → select the evaluation to edit → [Settings].
Navigate to the step you need to edit and change the settings.
When you are done editing, make sure to click the [Save Changes] button at the bottom.
⚠️ If you leave the screen without clicking [Save Changes], your changes will not be saved. A warning dialog will appear if you try to leave without saving.
Things to Know When Editing
1. Changes to one setting may affect other settings
If the setting you are changing also affects settings in other steps, an information dialog will appear in advance to show the scope of impact. Please review the details before proceeding.
2. You may need to review subsequent steps
Depending on what you changed, you may need to review the settings of subsequent steps. In this case, the left-side navigation menu will be disabled — please click the [Next] button to review each step in order. Items that require your attention will be shown as a banner at the top of the screen.
3. Changes cannot be undone
If you have not yet clicked [Save Changes], leaving without saving will preserve the original values. However, once you have clicked [Save Changes], you cannot revert to the previous state — you will need to manually edit the settings again.
4. Notifications already sent will not be updated
Even if you edit the evaluation title or guidance text, changes will not be reflected in tasks and notifications (in-product, Slack, email) that have already been sent.

If I change the grade system, what happens to grades that have already been entered?
The grade system (grade system per section, grade settings per evaluation step) can only be edited before any step has started. Since the grade system cannot be changed after an evaluation has already started, there will be no impact on grades that have already been entered.
