  • Click [Goals] -> [Create Goal] in the left menu to add a goal.

  • Review the details for creating a goal.

    • Goal Name: You can select a name and an emoji for the goal.

    • Person in Charge: Designate 1 member who will achieve this goal.

    • Responsible Organization: The primary organization of the selected person in charge is loaded automatically, but can be removed.

FAQ

Can I set a goal so that it is not shared with all company members? (Private goal setting)

When creating or after creating a goal, please activate [Make Goal Private] :)

How does a private goal appear?

A lock icon appears next to the goal name, and no one except the goal owner, participants, and goal management administrators can access the goal.

Can I delete a goal I created?

Yes, you can. However, when a goal is deleted, a notification is sent to the goal owner and participants via web and app stating the goal has been deleted, and if there was a linked parent goal, a record that the sub-goal was deleted will remain in the parent goal activity log.

  • Move the mouse to the left of the arrow icon that collapses the goal to see a checkbox.

  • Select the goal to delete and click Delete Goal at the bottom of the screen. Note that selecting a parent goal will delete all sub-goals as well. If you want to exclude some sub-goals from deletion, please use individual deletion.

The team leader (supervisor) says they cannot view a member's goal.

When selecting the [Goals] menu on the left, you can view My Goals, Team Goals, and All Goals.

  • My Goals: Goals where you are the owner or a participant

  • Team Goals: Goals belonging to your organization

  • All Goals: All goals set by the company
If a team leader cannot view a member's goals under Team Goals or All Goals, the member's goal may have been set to [Private]. If you want to keep the goal content private but still share it with the team leader, please add the team leader (supervisor) as a goal participant :)

Can I change the order of parent and sub-goals after they are created?

Yes, changes are possible.

  • For a single change, click the goal, select the three-dot menu (...) in the upper right, and click the Add Sub-goal button to set the created parent goal as a sub-goal.

    • Sub-goals can also have their order changed this way.

  • If bulk changes are needed, bulk delete the individually added goals, then create a bulk goal addition template and add goals in the format shown in the example below to have parent/sub-goals grouped together.

I want the team leader to be able to edit a member's goal.

To edit a goal, you must have goal management permissions, or be designated as the goal owner or participating member. If you want the team leader to be able to edit a member's goal, we recommend adding the team leader as a participating member to the member's goal!

Can I set 2 or more people, or an organization, as the goal owner?

The goal owner cannot be set to an organization or 2 or more members. Only 1 member who will proactively lead and achieve the goal can be set as the goal owner.

When uploading a goal template, I see the message "You entered the wrong organization name for the responsible party."

The organization must exist during the goal cycle period that the uploaded goal belongs to in order to upload successfully.

For example, if the goal cycle is set to the annual year 2026, the organization must have existed from January 1, 2026.
