Once an admin or team lead has entered & published the schedule in the [Shift Management] tab, team members can view their schedule on the web.
If you want team members to be able to 'view' each other's published schedules, grant the work viewing permission in the permission settings and select [Own Organization Only] so that team members in the same organization (store) can view each other's work schedules.
Assuming the following work schedule has been published for a team member named "flex Member" in December:
Additionally, team leads with member work viewing permissions can check published schedules by viewing by 'month' in [Work] → [Member Work] as shown below.
