How to Register Work Schedules on flex Web

Updated today

In flex, you can register work schedules in four ways.

Real-time work tracking allows you to record work hours by clicking the clock-in and clock-out buttons in real time

Manual work entry lets you manually register and edit work schedules

Automatic work tracking automatically records work every day regardless of clock-in/out input

Recurring schedule registration lets you register work schedules up to a future date

Real-Time Work Tracking

  • Click the real-time work tracking feature at the top of the left menu, then click [Start Work].

  • If you need to change work policies mid-day for field work or business trips, click the real-time work tracking feature to switch to a different work policy.

    • However, while real-time work tracking is active, you cannot register work from the My Work screen or edit the time you started work. Therefore, please edit your work after ending real-time work tracking.

  • Before leaving work, click [End Now] to finish your work.

  • If the time you end work triggers overtime, night work, or other situations requiring work approval and reason entry, you must enter a reason to end your work.

Skip Work Confirmation Screen Setting

  • If you have been registering work through real-time work tracking, you will see the [Work Confirmation] screen every time you click [End Work]. On this screen, you can adjust your clock-out time, and add or remove breaks.

  • Click the work widget - click the gear icon in the upper right to set "Skip work record confirmation when clocking out." When this is enabled, your work will end immediately without encountering the approval request or confirmation screen!

  • However, companies that have set work approval reason entry as mandatory may still see the work confirmation screen.

If you set skip work confirmation on the flex web, the setting will sync to the mobile app as well!

Manual Work Entry

Only members who have been granted [Work Edit] permission by an admin can directly enter or edit work from the [Work] menu on the left.

  • You can drag the [Timeline] area on the right side of the work graph to register work.

  • You can easily register and move work graphs with the mouse. You can also easily edit work hours by double-clicking the graph.

  • You can also click the Add Schedule button (+) to register various work policies, breaks, and annual leave.

  • You can register other work before and after existing work entries, and easily register annual leave as well 😊

  • Click the [Changed] button at the bottom to review your modified work history. Once you've finished registering work, click [Register], leave an approval message, and submit a work approval request.

Automatic Work Tracking and Recurring Schedule Registration

Automatic work tracking can only be used after an admin has enabled the feature.

Only members who have been granted [Work Edit] permission can use recurring schedule registration.

  • You can enable automatic work tracking via [Settings] → [Automatic Work Tracking] in the upper right.

  • Click [Add] → [Recurring Schedule] in the upper right to register recurring work on a monthly basis.
Try using this for long-term business trips or periodic remote (work-from-home) schedules!

    • Recurring period: You can register recurring schedules for up to one month.

    • Recurring days: You can register recurring schedules for specific days of the week, such as field work every Wednesday, or exclude holidays.

    • Schedule entry: You can combine and register multiple work policies.

FAQ

I enabled automatic work tracking, but can I delete it?

Once automatic work tracking is enabled, it is difficult to delete 🙏🏻. Please contact your admin and ask them to disable the automatic work tracking feature!

I enabled automatic work tracking, but it only registers from today's date onward.

Automatic work tracking records work automatically starting from the day it was enabled. For previous dates, please register work using the recurring schedule registration feature.

I registered a recurring schedule, but can I delete them all at once?

It is not possible to delete registered recurring schedules all at once 🙏🏻. If needed, select the work graph and use Backspace (Del) to delete, or as shown in the image, click [Delete] and then click [Register] at the bottom.

I ended or registered work, but my previously registered work record disappeared. Why did this happen? Can I recover it?

Let's call [time clock, widget, real-time work tracking] the 'widget', and directly entering (registering) work from My Work the 'work schedule'. They work as follows:

  • If you start work via real-time work tracking -> end work to confirm, then start work again via real-time work tracking -> end work, both work records will remain.

  • If you start work via real-time work tracking -> end work to confirm, then directly enter (register) work from Work - My Work, both work graphs will remain.

  • If you register work from 9 AM to 6 PM in Work - My Work, then additionally register work from 7 PM to 10 PM, both work graphs will remain.

  • If you pre-register work in Work - My Work, then start work via real-time work tracking -> end work, the real-time work tracking always takes priority, so only the work record registered through real-time work tracking will remain.

  • If you start work via real-time work tracking -> end work to confirm, then directly enter (register) work from Work - My Work, and then start work again via real-time work tracking -> end work, only the last work graph registered through real-time work tracking will remain.

If you want to recover a work record that has already disappeared, please register work from Work - My Work.

I registered work and an approval was generated. Can I cancel the generated work approval request?

If an approval was generated by registering work from Work - My Work, you can cancel the generated approval request document.

Click the icon next to the work date in Work - My Work, then click Cancel Request on the approval request screen.
