Viewing My Work and Registering Work

You can view and register work on the My Work screen.

Changing My Work View (Timeline and Calendar)

  • Click the [Cycle, Week, Month] button at the top right of the menu to select and view your preferred view.

    • Cycle: View work in period units based on your work cycle. (e.g., 1 month)

    • Week: View work in 1-week units from your work start date. Or you can set the start day of the week in view settings. (e.g., Mon–Sun)

    • Month: View work in a monthly calendar view. (e.g., the whole month of July)

  • Click [Settings] → [View Settings] at the top right of the menu to configure how work is displayed in the timeline and calendar views.

  • When changed, summary information such as total work hours and overtime hours will also adjust according to the view range.
    However, if you select [Cycle Unit] in the view period, it will show total work hours, overtime hours, etc. based on the cycle matching your work type.

    • If you are using a work type with a 1-week cycle like fixed or staggered work types and want to view work on a monthly basis, you can switch to the calendar view and view it as shown below!

    • If you are using a work type with a monthly cycle like monthly selective work type and want to view work on a weekly basis, you can switch to the timeline view and view it as shown below!

Real-time Work Record Updates

  • Click [Work Graph] at the top right of My Work to check work hours changing in real-time as you edit work, then register work.

Entering Work

You can smoothly enter work using either mouse or keyboard, whichever you prefer. Various shortcuts are supported, including undo with Cmd(Ctrl)+Z and delete with Backspace(Del)!

  • You can register work by dragging the [Timeline] area on the right side of the work graph.

  • You can easily register and move the work graph with your mouse. You can also easily modify work hours by double-clicking the graph.

  • You can register other work before or after an existing work entry, and easily register annual leave too 😊

  • Click the [Changed] button at the bottom to review the changes you made. Once you have finished registering work, click [Register], leave an approval message, and request work approval.

Automatic Work Tracking and Registering Recurring Schedules

  • You can enable automatic work tracking through [Settings] → [Automatic Work Tracking] at the top right.
    Automatic work tracking is a feature that must be enabled by an administrator.

  • Click [Add] → [Recurring Schedule] at the top right to register recurring work on a monthly basis.
    Try using this for long-term business trips or regular remote (work-from-home) schedules!

    • This feature can only be used if the member has work editing permissions.

Registering Custom Leave

  • In addition to annual leave, you can register custom leave on the work screen! Click [Add] → [Leave] at the top right, select the leave type and schedule to register 😊


FAQ

When registering work, it says [Confirmation Required].

Click the [Confirmation Required] button at the bottom to check the reason. If break time is insufficient, click the magic wand on the right to automatically fill in the break time!

I registered a recurring schedule. Can I delete them all at once?

Unfortunately, you cannot delete registered recurring schedules all at once 🙏🏻 If needed, select the work graph and use Backspace(Del) to delete, or click [Delete] and then click [Register] at the bottom as shown in the image.

I enabled automatic work tracking but I can't delete it?

Once activated, automatic work tracking is difficult to delete. Please contact your administrator and request that the automatic work feature be deactivated!

I enabled automatic work tracking but it only registers from today's date onward.

Automatic work tracking records work automatically starting from the day it is activated. For previous dates, please register work using the recurring schedule feature.

I ended work but the previously registered work record disappeared. Why? Can I recover it?

When we refer to [time clock, widget, real-time work tracking] as 'widget' and direct work entry (registration) in My Work as 'work schedule', it works as follows:

  • If you start work → end work via the real-time work tracking feature and the work is confirmed, then start work → end work again via the real-time work tracking feature, the work records remain as is.

  • If you start work → end work via the real-time work tracking feature and the work is confirmed, then directly enter (register) work in Work - My Work, both work graphs remain as is.

  • If you register work from 9 AM to 6 PM in Work - My Work, then additionally register work from 7 PM to 10 PM, both work graphs remain as is.

  • If you pre-registered work in Work - My Work and then start work → end work via the real-time work tracking feature, since the real-time work tracking feature always takes priority, only the work record registered through the real-time work tracking feature will remain.

  • If you start work → end work via the real-time work tracking feature and the work is confirmed, then directly enter (register) work in Work - My Work, then start work → end work again via the real-time work tracking feature, only the last work graph registered through the real-time work tracking feature will remain.

If you want to recover a work record that has already disappeared, please register the work in Work - My Work.

Can I modify work while real-time work tracking is in progress?

While real-time work tracking is in progress, you cannot register work on the My Work screen or modify the time when you pressed start work. Therefore, please modify work after ending the real-time work tracking.

If I go to the office first and then go on field work (or business trip), or if I return to the office after field work (or business trip), how do I register work in flex?

  • If real-time work tracking is in progress, click the current work policy in the work widget, then select the work policy you want to change to (such as field work or business trip).

  • If you want to register work in Work - My Work instead of real-time work tracking, please register the work graph as shown in the video below :)

Can I edit break time?

Break time that is automatically added during work usually follows these settings:

  • If the administrator added evening time to the recommended break time in the work type settings applied to the member, recommended break time may be added during lunch/dinner in the middle of work hours.

  • If no separate evening recommended break time was added but the [Allow work records with insufficient breaks] feature is disabled, since the Labor Standards Act requires at least 30 minutes of break during work of 4 hours or more, the system will automatically add break time in the middle of work hours.

  • Members with work editing permissions can also edit break time on the work record confirmation (work finalization) screen when ending work.

After registering work during regular work hours via the real-time work tracking feature, if I have a meeting or need to return to work after leaving, can I register work again via the real-time work tracking feature?

If you pressed start work at 9 AM via the real-time work tracking feature and pressed end work at 6 PM when leaving, and then need to work again or return to work after leaving, you can register work again via the real-time work tracking feature.

I arrived at the office earlier than the leave end time. Can I start work right away?

If you used a morning half-day or hourly leave and arrived at the office earlier than the leave end time, you can start work according to the original leave start/end times. In this case, we recommend starting work at the leave end time, ending work when you leave, and then modifying the previously registered leave and work schedules.

I left the office later than the leave start time but it says I'm on leave. Can I adjust the work and leave times?

If you left the office later than the start time of an afternoon half-day or hourly leave, the work end time will be aligned to the start time of the previously registered leave. When ending work, end it at the leave start time, then cancel and re-register the work and previously registered leave schedule.

How do I modify a work record that has already been approved?

On the 'My Work' screen, click the work graph for the date you want to modify to edit the work hours. Please note that when you modify work, an approval request will be sent again to the approver according to the work approval policy.
