In flex, you can easily register your work schedule via PC and the mobile app.
Make use of the work registration feature in the way that best fits your company.
How should our company set up real-time clock-in/out registration?
If you want to know when members clocked in and out today, use the real-time attendance feature.
You can record work in real time using the clock-in/out button on the PC and mobile app.
How to register clock-in/out on PC
Click [Start Work] → [Work] → [Start Now] at the top of the left menu.
How to register clock-in/out on mobile
Open the mobile app and click the [Start Work] button; before leaving, click [End] to finish work.
Tip: Are members missing work registrations?
Use the mobile work reminder feature to make sure clock-in/out records are never missed!
Settings path: Mobile app bottom-right More - App Settings - Notifications - Work/Leave - Clock-in/out Reminder
Note: Clock-in/out reminder notifications are sent based on the [on-time] schedule for each work type. For flexible work types, there is no fixed on-time standard such as a daily start time, so clock-in/out and nearby-company notifications may not function.
Use the reminder notification feature in the attendance dashboard.
You can manage attendance systematically through periodic attendance cutoffs.
If clock-in/out was not registered, you can register work manually.
Members can register their own work in My Work, or an admin can register on their behalf in Member Work. When a member registers their own work, a work approval notification may be triggered depending on the work policy or hours.
Members can register their own work directly from the left menu [Work] → [My Work].
Admins can register work on behalf of members. However, when an admin registers on their behalf, it is registered immediately without an approval process.
Can work be registered automatically even without recording it?
If your company does not record real-time work, try using Automatic Work Recording. With automatic work recording, members no longer need to manually enter their clock-in/out times every day. Even without recording work, work records are automatically entered daily based on the company's start time.
Typically, executives, CEOs, and others whose work is not separately managed use the automatic work registration feature.
(Note: Automatic work records are created based on the default work policy. Please note that they are not created under other policies such as business trip or field work!)
The admin or the member themselves should click [Work] → [Auto Work Settings] button to activate automatic work recording.
TIP. Want to change the automatic work recording time?
Click Auto Work Settings in the upper right corner of the My Work screen to change the automatic work recording time.
For staggered work or flexible work types, you can set the automatic work recording start time; however,
for fixed work types, the work start time cannot be set, and work records are automatically entered based on the start time entered by the admin.
I want to register field work or a long-term business trip schedule all at once.
Members with [Edit Work] permission, or an admin, can register a member's recurring work schedule all at once. Whether you have fixed field work or remote work on specific days of the week, or a long-term business trip, you can register the schedule all at once!
Left menu [Work] → My Work or Member Work screen, click the [Register Recurring Schedule] button in the upper right
The entered schedule has been registered all at once for the set period. If an approval setting was configured for the [Business Trip] work policy, an approval request will be sent to the admin.
TIP. What happens to previously entered work when registering a recurring schedule?
Registering a recurring schedule can overwrite previously entered work records. However, records of 'leave' will not be overwritten.
If there is existing leave registered on Wednesday when attempting to register recurring work Mon–Fri, the recurring work will be registered excluding Wednesday.

When I end work at 6:05 PM, an approval request is generated along with a 5-minute overtime record. Is there a way to avoid recording it as overtime?
If you do not want to register overtime, use the on-time clock-out feature.
When clocking out past the scheduled end time, you will see 3 options.
[End on Time on PC]
End Now: If you clock out slightly past the scheduled time, even minutes can be recorded as overtime.
End on Time: Suggests the work end time based on the scheduled end time for the work type. Unless overtime was pre-arranged, guide members to clock out on time.

What is "Start on Time" / "End on Time"?
What is "Start on Time" / "End on Time"?
When the on-time attendance recognition range is configured in the work type settings, this feature allows a late clock-in or early clock-out to be recognized as on-time attendance.
On-time attendance recognition range settings
[ On-time Attendance Recognition Range Setting Logic ]
Example based on fixed work hours 9:00am - 6:00pm
[ Allow work to start before the scheduled start time ] enabled
If clocking in at 8:50, work is recognized from 8:50 onwards. (Work is registered based on the clock-in/out time)
[ 0 min ] + [ Allow work to start before the scheduled start time ] off
If attempting to start work before 9:00, only '9:00 Start' is shown in the work widget — 'Start Now' is not available, and clock-in is scheduled for 9:00. From 9:01 onwards, only the 'Start Now' button is shown, enabling management of late arrivals.
[ On-time attendance range: 10 minutes ]
Until just before 9:10, both 'Start Now' and '9:00 Start' buttons are displayed, and from just after 5:50pm, both 'End Now' and '6:00 End' are displayed, allowing flexible attendance.

Can work record registration be restricted to admins only?
Can work record registration be restricted to admins only?
To restrict members' work recording permissions, configure the following:
Go to Settings - Permission Settings - Work tab, and revoke the [Edit Work] permission.
Once the permission is revoked, members can only record work using the real-time clock-in/out feature. Recurring schedule registration will also be disabled.
If you also want to restrict real-time clock-in/out and automatic work registration, go to left menu bottom Settings - Work Types - click the work type applied to members, and disable the real-time clock-in/out recording setting and the automatic work recording setting.
If a member pre-registered work but did not record it in real time, is the pre-registered work still recognized?
If a member pre-registered work but did not record it in real time, is the pre-registered work still recognized?
If a member registered work directly in [Work] - [My Work], or pre-registered work by enabling recurring schedule registration or automatic work recording, the work is recognized and confirmed based on the pre-entered work record even without real-time recording.
If work is pre-registered in Work - My Work, but your internal operations only recognize real-time recorded work, and you want to verify and manage whether members have recorded in real time:
You can check daily in Work - Member Work whether members are recording in real time or not.
Alternatively, download the daily attendance records from [Work Report] in the upper right of the attendance management menu, and check the times in the Clock-in/Clock-out time columns and the Start/End time columns to distinguish them.
If there is no time data in the Clock-in/Clock-out time columns but data exists only in the Start/End time columns, you can determine that the member did not register work through real-time recording. For more details, please refer to the Daily Attendance Record Report Guide on the right.
