Work Registration and Viewing

Through the mobile work guide, you can learn how to register work in the flex app.

Depending on your company's internal policies, you may only be able to register work through the [Real-Time Work Tracking] feature, or you may be able to register work by entering it in a menu called [Work].

  • Real-time work tracking: When you press Work Start/Work End at the time of arrival/departure

  • Work input: When you directly enter work hours on the Work screen

If you have any suggestions for improvements while using the flex app, please leave them in [Improvements] within the app anytime!

Starting/Ending Work with Real-Time Work Tracking

  • On the flex app main [Today] tab, click the [Start Work] button to start work.

  • However, while real-time work is being recorded, you cannot register work from the My Work screen or modify the time you pressed Work Start. Please end the real-time work recording first, then modify your work.

If you do not end work, or do not press the Confirm as-is button one more time, work will not be ended. Therefore, when you check your work the next day, only the work start time will remain!

So please make sure to press the buttons twice: [End] → [Confirm as-is]!!

  • Click the [End] button → on the [Work Confirmation screen], check today's clock-out time and work hours, then press the [Confirm as-is] button one more time to end work.

  • On the [Work Confirmation] screen, you can adjust the work end time or break time.

  • On the [Work Confirmation] screen, depending on the work approval/CC settings configured by the administrator, you may need to enter a reason for the work.

Starting Remote, Field, or Business Trip Work with Real-Time Work Tracking

  • Click the real-time work 'widget' area in the flex app.

  • Select the work policy to start, such as business trip, remote work, or field work, then click [Start Now].

  • You'll see a notification saying "Remote work has started!" If you are heading directly to a business trip or field work location, click the appropriate work policy and start work.

Registering Work from the Work Menu

Members with Work Edit permission can directly register work hours on the Work screen using the [Work Input] feature.

  • Open the flex app and click [Work Input] at the top → click the [Clock] icon on the right.

  • You can adjust the work start time and end time to input your work.

If work is in progress, you cannot modify ongoing work in real-time on the [Work] screen.

Please [End Work] first, then modify your work records on the Work screen.

Registering Business Trip, Field Work, Remote Work, and Annual Leave from Work

  • Click the [Work🔽] section to register business trips, field work, remote work, or annual leave.

  • You can register the entire week's work schedule at once, such as business trips and remote work from Monday to Wednesday.

    • When you enter work hours, the [Target Work Hours] automatically changes according to the entered hours.

  • Click the [Approval/CC] button at the top to leave a work approval reason or check the approval line.
    After registering work, you can also leave a work approval reason by clicking the [Request Approval] button directly!

Viewing Target Hours and Overtime Hours

  • Click the work hours at the top of the [Work] menu to view weekly (monthly) target work hours and overtime hours.

  • Click the [Calendar] icon at the top left to view monthly target work hours and overtime hours.

TIP Click a [date cell] to view detailed daily work hours and work approval request history.

  • You can also swipe left or right to easily navigate to other months (weeks).


FAQ

Can I check my company's work policy?

Click the [Info icon] at the top right of the Work screen to view your work type and your company's work policy.

Can I set it so that work ends immediately after pressing the [End] button without encountering the Work Confirmation screen?

  • Yes! Through the skip Work Confirmation setting, you can set it so that work ends immediately after pressing the [End] button.

  • This feature is commonly used by companies that manage attendance through SECOM/CAPS integration!

    When ending work from the app widget, click [Settings gear] at the top right, and enable [Use Skip].

I register work through IP (Wi-Fi) restrictions, but the Work Start button is not activated when I arrive at work.

When switching from mobile data to connecting to the company Wi-Fi (IP) on the mobile app, there is a processing step until the designated IP is assigned, so the Work Start button may occasionally not activate immediately.

If possible, connect to the company Wi-Fi first and then launch the flex app to activate the Work Start button without delay and use it smoothly.
