In the Schedule tab, you can check leave, custom work, and event (hire date, birthday) schedules for you and your colleagues.
You can also sync with your local calendar to view personal schedules at a glance in the flex mobile app!
Schedule
In the [Schedule] tab, you can view both your schedule and your colleagues' schedules.
Employees with shift work type can view the schedules of team members in the same shift group.
Local Calendar Sync
You can connect your local calendar to the flex calendar in the mobile app.
Check organizational and personal schedules in one place and plan your schedule.
Calendar connection can be set up from the [Today] tab or [Schedule] tab.
Calendar permission must be allowed for smooth schedule syncing.
Android: You need to allow calendar permission for the flex app. You can set it by attempting calendar connection from step 1 above, or by directly accessing the settings screen.
For iOS, please follow the steps in the order shown in the images below :)
Once calendar connection is complete, click [Calendar Filter] → [Calendar Connection] on the right side of the mobile app schedule screen to set which calendar lists you want to see in your schedule.
Click on a schedule to view its detailed information.
Existing work/leave/one-on-one schedules work the same way as before.
Click Edit List at the top right, and use the [Show Confirmed Only] option to set whether to display unconfirmed schedules that have not yet been approved.
