1-on-1 schedules are automatically added to individual Google Calendars when the host and participant have enabled personal Google Calendar sync—not through Google group calendars.
Syncing 1-on-1s with Google Calendar
Click the area with your company name or logo at the top of the left menu → [My Settings] → [Google Calendar Integration].
Enable the integration toggle.
Once the integration is enabled, your upcoming leave, work, and 1-on-1 schedules will be automatically synced to [My Calendar] in Google Calendar.
Scheduling a 1-on-1
Go to the left menu [1-on-1] → [Send 1-on-1], set the participant, schedule settings, and write an invitation message, then click [Send 1-on-1].
You can see that the schedule has been added to your synced Google Calendar.
In Google Calendar, the event is added with the title {Participant} / {Host} as shown below.
The description shows the invitation message entered when creating the 1-on-1.
Clicking the link at the bottom will navigate to the 1-on-1 list screen. You can check upcoming schedules and write meeting notes.
Recurring 1-on-1 schedules are pre-registered in the calendar for up to 5 events.
If you change or cancel a 1-on-1 schedule in flex, it will also be removed from the calendar.
For recurring schedules, only the necessary events will be updated in Google Calendar based on the [Edit Scope] you selected when making changes.
