Applying the Ultra-Short-Time Work Type to Employees
Once you've created the work type, go to the left [Employees] menu -> click the employee whose work type needs to be changed, and apply the ultra-short-time work type through [Change Work Information].
Employees with the ultra-short-time work type applied will automatically have their days off changed as follows.
Applying the No Annual Leave Policy for Ultra-Short-Time Workers
Since ultra-short-time workers are not obligated to receive annual leave, they can be designated as not eligible for annual leave. Additionally, weekly holidays do not apply, and the premium rate (50% of regular hourly wage) for holiday work is not applied.
In the left [Employees] menu, click the employee with the ultra-short-time work type applied, then click [Change Employee Information] -> [Change Annual Leave Information].
When inviting employees to flex, you can also pre-apply the ultra-short-time work type and annual leave policy.
