Through the personnel appointment feature, you can change employee HR information (organization, title, rank, job role, etc.) and manage appointment history through the appointment records.
Appointing Select Employees
You can set this up in left menu [Employees] -> [HR Information Management] -> [Personnel Appointments] -> [Make Appointment].
Appointment Setting Name | Description | Notes |
Appointment Date | You can select the date for the appointment. You can register appointments not only for the current day but also for past dates, and if you select a future date, [Scheduled Appointment] is automatically processed, and you can select which employees to appoint. |

Appointment Label | Used as a tag to categorize the nature or reason of the appointment. You can enter appointment reasons such as 'Transfer', 'Concurrent Position', 'Information Change', 'Personnel Move', etc.
If you need to delete an appointment label, it can be deleted separately from the Personnel Appointments tab. | Please note that deleting a label will also remove the appointment label from the appointment history. |
You can load employees for appointment using filters by organization, position, title, and job role.
Change the necessary information such as job role, organization, title, team lead status, position, and rank.
After completing the information entry, click [Make Appointment] to finalize the appointment.
Making Appointments via Excel File (Bulk Appointments)
The Excel appointment upload feature has the following precautions, so we enable it upon request to the flex team!
Please check the precautions below before using it, and request separately via chat.
When making personnel appointments via Excel, since it overwrites existing appointment data, you must enter all employee HR information without omission.
Example: Employee A was appointed to the HR team on September 1, 2022. For the administrator to appoint Employee A to the Management Support Division on October 1, 2023 via Excel appointment upload,
both the September 1, 2022 appointment information and the October 1, 2023 appointment information must be filled in.
For bulk appointments, you can use [Change via Excel].
You can set this up in left menu [Employees] -> [HR Information Management] -> [Personnel Appointments] -> [Make Appointment] -> [Change via Excel].
Download the [Personnel Appointment] Excel template, fill in the relevant information, and upload the file.
Changes are made based on the employee number, so it is a required field.
After setting the appointment information, review the changes and click [Make Appointment].

You can check appointment information and history in [Employees] -> [HR Information Management] -> [Personnel Appointments] -> [Change History].
You can cancel scheduled or completed appointments, or re-issue cancelled appointments.
If a scheduled appointment needs modification, click the [pencil icon] to edit it.
Can I create an announcement from appointment information?

In [Employees] -> [HR Information Management] -> [Personnel Appointments] -> [Change History], hover over the appointment item and click the [paper airplane button].
Review the appointment information that will be written as an announcement, then click the [Create] button at the bottom.
You can choose whether to notify all employees or only specific employees.
Personnel appointment change details are automatically entered. If there is additional information to add, click the text field to enter it.
Click [Add Attachment] to post attachments along with the appointment information as an announcement.
