Once the corporate group and affiliates have been added, you can manage employees with concurrent positions across corporations. Please complete the corporate group setup first before inviting concurrent position employees across corporations! Corporate Group Management
We will guide you through the process of inviting an employee already registered in the main corporation [flex] as a member of affiliate 1 [flex Subsidiary].
Registering Affiliate Concurrent Position Employees
Please navigate to affiliate 1, [flex Subsidiary].
Click [Members] → [Add Member] → [Add Concurrent Position Employee] from the left menu.
You must enter the name, email, and hire date of the concurrent position employee, and only members belonging to the corporate group can be added. After entering the member's name, email, and hire date, click [Add Concurrent Position Employee] at the top right.
If there is incorrect information, hover over the error item to check the cause of the error.
To add concurrent position employees in 'bulk', you can copy and paste column values directly from an Excel file to bulk add the name, email, hire date, etc. of concurrent position employees 😉
When the concurrent position addition is complete, a notification will be sent as shown in the image!
The member will also receive an email and a notification within flex as shown below!
For members with concurrent positions, select [Affiliate Concurrent Position] next to the member's name in the profile to view both the main company and affiliate where they hold concurrent positions.
If you want to cancel the concurrent position, please proceed with resignation/deletion processing at the affiliate.
After inviting the concurrent position employee to the affiliate, personnel transfers and permissions must be granted within the affiliate's organization for smooth access 🙂

The member's data registered in the main company is not automatically synced to the affiliate company.
Please update the member profile information through the Bulk Information Update (Web) feature. However, after new registration, if any of the following items are edited in one company, the information of all connected companies will be changed.
Legal name
Resident registration number
English last name, first name
Group hire date
Whether group hire date is used

Email changes for concurrent position employees can be made at the main corporation.
Once the email change is complete, the email for all affiliates where the employee holds concurrent positions will be changed, and the resignation processing email will also be changed. Note that email changes are not possible at affiliates other than the main corporation, so please check the member's concurrent position information before making changes.

Log in to the main company, and check under [Members] → [Invitation Status] tab in the left menu to see if the member's invitation status is stuck at a stage such as waiting for registration, before invitation, or entering information.
Invitation and registration at the main company must be completed for concurrent position processing to proceed normally.

You can proceed with member resignation/deletion processing to cancel a concurrent position. Resignation/deletion at the main company is only possible after resignation/deletion has been processed at all other concurrent position companies. Additionally, after processing resignation/deletion at the main company, cancelling the resignation at the concurrent position company is not possible.

When there are multiple affiliates, it is not possible to transfer a member to a different company through the personnel transfer function.
For example, if the main corporation is flex
and the affiliate corporation is flex Mini,
if Hong Gildong moves from flex to flex Mini, the admin must log in to flex Mini, register Hong Gildong as a concurrent position employee of flex Mini, and then issue a personnel transfer to an organization within the flex Mini corporation.

For an employee who is not on concurrent position but is moving from the main corporation to an affiliate, please proceed as follows!
Process resignation at the main corporation, then
Register the employee as a new member at the affiliate.
If the employee is registered as a concurrent position employee at the affiliate, resignation processing at the main corporation will not be possible, so please proceed by processing resignation at the main corporation first and then registering them as a new member at the affiliate.
