If an employee forgot their password, they can reset it via email from the login screen. If they cannot access their email, the super admin can issue a temporary password for them to log in.
How Admins Can Issue a Temporary Password
Go to [Settings] → [Login Settings] → [Issue Temporary Password] → [Select Employee] and share the issued temporary password with the employee.
The temporary password expires immediately once the employee logs in, so they should set a new password right away.
Temporary passwords are valid for 24 hours. If the time has passed, please issue a new one.
How Employees Can Reset Their Own Password
Click [Forgot your password?] on the login screen, and a password reset email will be sent to the registered email address.

You can change your password at [Company Profile] → [My Settings] → [Change Password].
If you are on an SSO subscription plan, the Change Password option may not be visible in My Settings. In that case, get a temporary password from your admin to log in, then contact your company's SSO administrator to change the password.

If the password reset email is not found even in the spam folder, please check the following two things:
Verify that the email account you logged in with is the same account registered in flex.
Check whether the @flex.team domain is blacklisted or bounced on your email server. If it is blacklisted or bounced, register it as a whitelisted domain and then request the password reset email again.
