Does your company use Slack?
You can clock in and out using Slack instead of the App or Web.
We'll show you how to set up permissions for employees to use the flex bot, and guide employees to install the flex bot on their own Slack App.
Designating Flex Bot Users
Go to [Settings] → [Integration Settings] at the bottom left, select Slack, and click Slack flex bot integration.
If this is your first time with Slack integration, please complete the workspace integration first!
Select Connect Employee Accounts, then select the employees you want to activate the flex bot for.
The email in the workspace and the email registered in flex must match.
Activating the Slack Bot
Once the account is connected, employees can install the flex bot on Slack.
Select 'Apps' at the bottom of the left menu in Slack, search for flex, and install it.
Setting Clock-in/Clock-out Times
Once the app is installed, employees can set the time to receive clock-in/clock-out notifications via the flex bot on Slack in their personal settings.
You can change the clock-in/clock-out time notifications in the notification settings.

Slack 'Apps' are personalized, so the Slack workspace admin cannot install them in bulk.
Please guide employees to install it themselves.
