⚠️ Please check before starting the integration.
KT Telecop integration requires the Telecop All-in-1 program version 3.45 or higher.
If the All-in-1 program is not installed, or if you are using an older version, please contact your company's KT Telecop technical team lead and request support for "proceeding with flex ERP attendance integration."
If you encounter any difficulties during the initial integration, please refer to the FAQ section below first.
✅ Please verify that the following two conditions are met before proceeding with the integration.
You must be subscribed to the 'Access Control Integration' add-on service.
For KT Telecop integration, the [Access Control Integration Management] permission is required under Permission Settings.
Overview
By integrating the Telecop All-in-1 program with flex, you can sync attendance records from access control devices into flex as clock-in/clock-out records.
KT Telecop integration setup consists of 3 steps in total.
Configure KT Telecop attendance record export
Set employee numbers to map KT Telecop users to flex users
Activate registration and verify integration
Prerequisites
On the server where KT Telecop attendance records are stored, the Telecop All-in-One program should already be installed as shown in the image below. Please verify that the program is properly installed. If you cannot find it, contact your Telecop representative.
(Fig 0.a) Verify that Telecop All-in-One is properly installed via the Start menu
1. Configure KT Telecop Attendance Record Export
Step 1 prepares flex's provided DB for access. Next, configure KT Telecop to export accumulated access records to the prepared DB.
1.1. Launch Telecop All-in-One
Launch the Telecop All-in-One program. If the program is already running, simply bring the window to the foreground.
1.2. Configure External Transfer DB
After logging in, follow the steps below to configure the external transfer DB settings.
From the top toolbar, select [Attendance Management] -> [ERP Integration].
In the [Attendance ERP Integration] menu, select the [External ERP Integration] tab, then click the [Register] button at the bottom.
For [ERP Integration Company Name], select [flex ERP].
As shown in the second image, enter the information available in flex under [Settings ‣ Connection Settings ‣ KT Telecop ‣ Integration Account] for each field.
For the Host field, enter the Server information from the integration account details.
Once all fields are filled in, return to KT Telecop and click the 'Save' button.
2. Set Employee Numbers to Link KT Telecop Users with flex Users
After completing Step 2, access records accumulated in KT Telecop will be synchronized to the flex DB.
Next, configure employee number information to link KT Telecop users with flex users.
Please be careful — if an employee number is entered incorrectly, one member's attendance records may affect another member's flex attendance data.
Employee number configuration is required for each user whose attendance records you want to sync.
In KT Telecop, go to [User Management] ‣ [Information Management], then for each user in the list, enter the same employee number set in flex into the [Employee Number] field at the top and save.
The employee number set in flex can be found on the Members page or in a member's profile.
3. Activate Registration and Verify Integration
All preparations are complete. Finally, activate the integration and confirm the connection using a test record.
3.1. Activate Work Record Registration Option
When you clock in using the account linked with the employee number, if the 'Last Synced' area in the upper left is updated, the integration is complete. If you want to temporarily pause the clock-in/clock-out sync while keeping the integration active during testing before full rollout, you can disable the 'Work Record Integration' option.
Cautions
Keep the device with Telecop All-in-One installed always powered on and connected to the internet.
Keep the device with Telecop All-in-One installed always powered on and connected to the internet.
If the power is off or the internet connection is unstable, attendance record synchronization may be disrupted.
To prevent the device from entering sleep mode, it is recommended to always keep the power cable connected and configure system settings to disable sleep mode.
It may take some time for records to synchronize.
It may take some time for records to synchronize.
Under normal conditions, synchronization completes within 1–2 minutes.
If the last synchronized time on the 'Settings ‣ Integration Settings ‣ KT Telecop Settings' screen in flex continues not to update, please refer to the FAQ section below.
When KT Telecop attendance records that were registered more than 20 hours before the sync point are synchronized, no separate notification is generated except in cases requiring confirmation.
When KT Telecop attendance records that were registered more than 20 hours before the sync point are synchronized, no separate notification is generated except in cases requiring confirmation.
However, when confirmation is required and records for multiple past days are synchronized at once, multiple confirmation notifications may be generated simultaneously for a single member.
To avoid this, you can also use the Daily Work Upload feature to bulk-register past work records.

Please contact your KT Telecop technical team lead with a description of the issue.
If none of the cases apply and synchronization still does not work, please contact the flex team.
Q. I entered or missed an employee number incorrectly and corrected it, but newly recorded entries are still not syncing to flex attendance records.
Q. I entered or missed an employee number incorrectly and corrected it, but newly recorded entries are still not syncing to flex attendance records.
If changes were made to the Telecop program, a restart may be required for the settings to take effect.
Please restart the program and verify that newly recorded entries sync correctly.
Q. Records made before correcting the employee number are not syncing to flex attendance records.
Q. Records made before correcting the employee number are not syncing to flex attendance records.
The Telecop program does not apply employee number changes to previously recorded access data.
Therefore, when syncing to flex, the updated employee number will only be reflected in records made after the time of the change. If you want to register previous work records as flex attendance records, please use the Daily Work Upload feature.
Q. Some attendance records were not synced while the computer was briefly off, and I want to manually trigger synchronization.
Q. Some attendance records were not synced while the computer was briefly off, and I want to manually trigger synchronization.
You can manually sync missing attendance records directly.
Don't worry — even if the same records are synced multiple times, flex handles deduplication so they won't be registered more than once.
In the Telecop All-in-One program, select 'Attendance Management ‣ ERP Integration' from the top toolbar
Select the configured flex ERP entry at the bottom of the 'External ERP Integration' tab
Set the date range in the 'Manual Transfer' section and send
Can I distinguish between records clocked via KT Telecop and records clocked via flex?
Can I distinguish between records clocked via KT Telecop and records clocked via flex?
No.
There is no separate feature to distinguish registrations made via KT Telecop (fingerprint/face recognition/card) from those made via app/web.
Attendance records via fingerprint are synced through the CAPS attendance device integrated with flex, so they are recorded in the same way as real-time work records.
Therefore, work records via fingerprint are displayed the same as real-time work records. Real-time work records can be checked in the clock-in time / clock-out time columns via the [Member Work Record Download - Daily Detailed View] feature.
How do I set up KT Telecop integration for multiple legal entities?
How do I set up KT Telecop integration for multiple legal entities?
When employees of the main entity and affiliates are on the same floor, and flex integration is done through a single Secom (S1)/CAPS/Telecop PC on that floor
When employees of the main entity and affiliates are on the same floor, and flex integration is done through a single Secom (S1)/CAPS/Telecop PC on that floor
If the employee numbers of the main entity and affiliate members are the same, linking is not possible. Please make sure employee numbers are distinct.
You must have the account credentials for the main entity's integration. (User Name, Password, Server, Port, Database)
If the [email protected] administrator is concurrently employed at an affiliate as shown below, and is proceeding with multi-entity Secom/CAPS/Telecop integration, the [email protected] administrator should create a Secom/CAPS/Telecop account from the main entity, then create an account in flex mini. Use the same account when integrating Secom/CAPS/Telecop.
When the main entity and affiliates are on different floors (or buildings), each with separate Secom (S1)/CAPS/Telecop PCs, and you want to allow clocking in/out from any location
