Authorized admins can register, modify, or cancel leave on behalf of employees.
This requires [View Employee Leave] + [Edit Employee Leave] permissions.
Registering and Canceling Employee Leave
When an admin registers leave or work schedules on behalf of an employee, no separate approval notification is triggered since it was performed by an authorized admin.
Click the arrow on [Annual Leave Balance] at the bottom right of the employee's profile to navigate to the employee's [Leave Overview] page.
Select the leave type and register it on behalf of the employee.
To cancel used leave, go to [Usage History] → click the three dots (···) to the right of the leave entry → click [Cancel Leave].
Alternatively, go to the left menu [Attendance Management] - [Leave Management] - [Leave Usage History] tab, click the employee's registered leave, and cancel it.

Please check whether the date the annual leave or time off falls on has been closed for attendance. Modifications cannot be made once attendance has been finalized.
