Leave Overview

flex has annual leave and custom leave. Annual leave refers to legally provided paid leave.

Custom leave refers to leave other than annual leave. This includes legally guaranteed leave such as military training leave and maternity/paternity leave, as well as company-specific leave such as refresh leave.

Registering Annual Leave and Custom Leave

  • Go to [Leave] -> [My Leave] to register annual or custom leave.

  • For leave that requires supporting documentation, you must submit the document before the leave can be used.
    After submission, click "Request Approval" to register the leave.

Viewing Leave History

  • At the bottom of the leave overview, you can check the leave schedule registered this year and approval status.

  • Click on a leave schedule to view the approval progress, comments, and the approval document.


FAQ

Can I cancel registered leave?

Click the 3 dots on the right to cancel the registered leave. Note that if cancellation approval is configured, a cancellation approval will be triggered. If an admin with management permission cancels a member's leave, no approval is triggered.

Military training leave or health leave is not visible!

Military training leave is provided only to male members, and health leave is provided only to female members. If these leaves are not visible, please check that the resident registration number (including the last digits) is correctly entered in [My Profile].

The same leave is shown as 2 separate leave cards!

This happens when the leave usage unit was changed midway.

For example, if leave A was originally usable in full-day units, and the setting was later changed to half-day units and the leave was re-granted to the member, it will appear as 2 separate cards instead of being merged into one.

If an employee on leave comes in to work and clicks "Start Work," will it be recorded?

Work entry and starting work is not possible during leave hours.

If the employee registered a full-day leave or actually worked during leave, please cancel the registered leave → register work → re-register the leave.


When registering leave, the deducted hours are not what I expected. What should I check?

The hours deducted when registering leave are based on the daily standard working hours in the work type applied to each member. For example, if the admin applied a work type with 8 working hours to Hong Gil-dong, 8 hours are deducted for a full-day leave and 4 hours for a half-day leave.

If the hours deducted when registering custom or annual leave are not as intended, please check the daily standard working hours set in the work type applied to the member. If incorrectly set, re-apply a new work type.

Can annual leave not be used on weekends like Saturday and Sunday?

  • Annual leave can be registered on weekends too! In particular, members with a [Shift Work Type] applied can register leave on weekends. If annual leave cannot be registered on weekends, check whether the member has a shift work type applied.

Are leave days deducted even if the member's applied leave has not yet been approved?

Yes, leave days are deducted even before approval.

However, if the approver rejects the request, the registered leave is cancelled and the leave days are restored.
