In the Employee Contracts tab, you can view and download contracts for both active and departed employees at any time.
Downloading Signed Contracts
Go to the left menu [Electronic Contract] → [Employee Contracts] tab and select an employee.
Click "View Contract" in the contract list to review the contract details.
Click the [More] three-dot button to download the contract.
Contracts that are in progress or cancelled cannot be downloaded.
Viewing Contract Verification Details
In the employee contract details, click the [More] three-dot button, then click [View Contract Verification Details].
You can see the order in which the contract was processed, the processing time, the name of the employee who completed the signature, and their access IP.

Signed contracts are encrypted to prevent modification after completion. Therefore, PDF files downloaded from electronically signed and sealed contracts cannot be edited. If you need to edit the contract content, we recommend creating a new contract!

Contract verification details cannot be downloaded separately. If you need to submit verification details, you can take a screenshot or save the browser page using "Save As".

The validity of electronic contracts is guaranteed based on Article 6 of the Electronic Documents Act and Article 3 of the Electronic Signatures Act. Accordingly, we provide a secure electronic contract service.

Even after cancelling your electronic contract subscription, you can still view and download previously signed contracts. However, the access differs between employees and admins:
Employees: Can download contracts at any time from their profile - Contracts tab.
Admins: Access to the [Electronic Contract] menu is restricted, so they cannot view or download contracts signed with employees.
