I Want to Sign a Contract for Special Compensation Like Signing Bonuses or Stock Options

Updated today

Unlike salary, ordinary wages, and non-taxable allowances, compensation types such as signing bonuses and stock options cannot use 'auto fields' that automatically pull employee profile information. Therefore, you need to create 'custom fields' and manually configure them. Check out the detailed usage guide below.

Using Custom Fields in Electronic Contracts

  • On the contract template creation screen, create items like 'Signing Bonus Agreement' or 'Stock Option Grant Quantity' as 'custom fields', then apply those fields to the electronic contract template.

    • In the [Electronic Contract] menu, click the [Add Contract Template] button in the upper right of the 'Contract Request' screen, or select a contract from 'Select Electronic Contract' at the bottom.

    • Click the [+] button in the [Custom Fields] area on the left to create a field.

    • After applying the created 'custom field' to the template content, click the [Save] button in the upper right to save.

  • On the contract request screen, you can review the items added via 'custom fields' and enter the details directly.

  • After entering the details, use 'Preview Contract' to check how the custom field information is reflected before finalizing.

  • Once everything is confirmed, click the [Request Contract] button in the upper right to send the contract request to the employee.

Is the information added via 'custom fields' automatically updated in the employee's profile?

Information added via 'custom fields' is not automatically updated in the employee's profile wage/contract information. Therefore, you must manually fill in the [Member Profile] → [Wage/Contract Information] → [Other Contract Details] section.
