I Want to Execute Employee Contracts Using Auto-Contract

Updated today

With flex's auto-contract feature, you can easily and conveniently execute labor/salary contracts with employees. Follow this guide to learn everything from contract creation to sending.

Sending Contracts

  • Please register the employee's labor/salary/pay information first.

    • Auto-contracts automatically reflect the labor contract/salary contract information registered in [Employees] → [Employee List] → [Employee Profile].

    • For convenient contract processing, please register the contract information in the employee profile first.

  • Select the auto-contract form and proceed with the contract request.

    • [E-Contract] → [Contract Request] → [Select Contract Target] → [Select E-Contract Form] → Create Contract

  • Verify the table field values.

    • Click [Preview] to review the contract details.

    • Select the employee checkbox and proceed with [Request Contract].

If you want to create a custom contract instead of an auto-contract, please refer to the guide below!
