With flex's auto-contract feature, you can easily and conveniently execute labor/salary contracts with employees. Follow this guide to learn everything from contract creation to sending.
Sending Contracts
Please register the employee's labor/salary/pay information first.
Select the auto-contract form and proceed with the contract request.
[E-Contract] → [Contract Request] → [Select Contract Target] → [Select E-Contract Form] → Create Contract
Verify the table field values.

Checking Contract History After Sending
After sending the contract, the sent contract, requester, and sending date are displayed in [Contract History].

You can batch cancel all unsigned contracts or cancel contracts by individual employee.
Batch Cancel - You can batch cancel contracts that have not yet been signed.
Click [More] - [Cancel Contract Request] on the right side of the in-progress contract history.
