However, to sign a contract, the employee must first register their seal in [My Profile] - [Contracts Tab] - [Manage My Seal].
Signing a Contract on flex Web
Employees who received a contract request will receive an e-signature request notification via email and in the notification panel and [Home Feed] - [To-Do].
You can sign directly from the home screen, or proceed with signing in your [Profile] → [Contracts] tab.
Click [Sign], review the contract content sent by the administrator, then proceed with cancellation or signing.
When you click [Sign], you will see a confirmation that you have reviewed the contract content and agree to proceed with an electronic signature. Click the [Contract Content] and [Electronic Signature] text sections, then click [Sign Contract] at the bottom.
Once signing is complete, you can view it as a completed contract in the Contracts tab. You can check & download previous contract details from your profile at any time.
Signing a Contract on Mobile
After reviewing the contract details, click Sign, confirm the contract terms once more, and the contract will be executed.
Completed contracts are marked with a Contract Completed tag in the [E-Contract] menu, and employees can check & download previous contract details at any time.

If the employee has not yet signed, you can cancel the contract through send cancellation. However, after signing, contract cancellation/contract deletion is not possible. In this case, please proceed with resending the contract.
