In this guide, you can find detailed instructions on how to set up the most fundamental aspects of a new evaluation: [Evaluation Title, Period, Target Conditions, and Co-editors].
Specifically, you can learn how to configure the following:
Evaluation title and target period settings
Evaluation target conditions settings
Evaluation co-editor settings
Click [Evaluation] - [Create Evaluation] in the left menu, then follow the guide below.
In the [Basic Information] step, you can set the evaluation title and evaluation target period.
Evaluation Title: Enter the title for this evaluation. The title you enter will also be visible to employees.
Evaluation Target Period: Enter the period for this evaluation.
Example: If conducting an evaluation for the entire year of 2025, you can set the target period from Jan 1, 2025 to Dec 31, 2025.
Alternatively, if you want to evaluate Q4, click [Load Period] on the right side of the evaluation target period, then click Q4 to set the evaluation target period.
You can set evaluation targets to load participants based on the HR information reference date and target conditions.
HR Information Reference Date: Set the HR information reference date to be included in this evaluation period. For example, you can set which personnel appointment date to use as the basis for the evaluation.
Target Conditions: Set targets based on the HR information reference date using various HR filters. For example, based on the HR information reference date of September 30, 2025, you can select targets with employment status 'Active' or targets who are 'Team Leads'.
🧐 Are there more specific examples of HR information reference dates and target conditions in evaluation target settings?
Consider the following scenario:
Company A is conducting an annual comprehensive evaluation, and the targets for this evaluation are:
Full-time employees
Currently active
Employees with 6+ months of tenure
HR information reference date (appointment date) is based on September 30
With internal evaluation rules like the above, you can use the HR information reference date and target conditions features to precisely set evaluation targets according to your company's evaluation policies.
In the [Evaluation Targets] settings, you can load participants based on the HR information reference date and target conditions.
HR Information Reference Date: Set the HR information reference date to be included in this evaluation period.
For example, if the HR information reference date is set to September 30, 2025, the evaluation targets and evaluators will be determined based on each employee's organization and team lead as of that date. If Hong Gil-dong belongs to the Platform Team as of September 30, 2025, and is transferred to A Squad effective October 1, for this evaluation, Hong Gil-dong's organization and team lead will be recognized as the Platform Team and its team lead.
Target Conditions: Set targets based on the HR information reference date using various HR filters.
For example, based on the HR information reference date of September 30, 2025, you can select targets whose employment status is [Active] or targets who are [Team Leads].
In the evaluation basic information settings, you can set co-editors through [Permission Settings].

During performance evaluation, you can link goals for employees to be evaluated on. By default, goals that overlap with the evaluation period are recommended. If you want to link goals outside the period, you need to search and link the goals manually.
