On February 9, 2026, several feature additions and updates will be made for work location-based shift work management. Please refer to the details below for information about the changes.
1. Shift Work Management Menu Relocation
Previously, the [Shift Work Management] tab was accessible through the [Attendance Management] menu. Now, the [Shift Work Management] menu has been moved to a separate left-side menu for one-click access, improving accessibility.
2. Flexible Shift Work Permission Management
Previously, to manage shift work, an administrator (or team leader) needed to have both 'Work Edit' and 'Leave Edit' permissions for the target members.
With this update, permission requirements have been relaxed, allowing flexible schedule management within the scope of granted permissions.
1. What has changed?
Category | Before (AS-IS) | After (TO-BE) |
Management Scope | Only members with both [Work Edit] AND [Leave Edit] permissions could be managed | Flexible management based on held permissions |
View Permission | List not visible without permission | Schedule viewable with just [Work View] permission |
Leave Permission | Work schedule changes not possible without [Leave Edit] permission | Work schedules can be freely assigned even without [Leave Edit] permission |
2. Key Improvement Details
① Schedule viewing available in [Shift Work Management] menu with just 'Work View' permission
Previously, members were not visible at all without work edit permission, but now members are displayed on the shift work management screen with just the [Work View] permission.
Usage: If you only have 'Work View' permission and a specific member is not within the 'Work Edit' scope, you cannot modify or assign that member's schedule, but you can view already published (confirmed) schedules for reference when creating work rosters.
② Work schedule management possible without 'Leave Edit' permission
Now, administrators (team leaders) without [Leave Edit] permission can assign work schedules (day/night shifts, etc.) as long as they have [Work Edit] permission.
Note: Since there is no leave edit permission, the ability to newly register annual leave or cancel existing annual leave for that member is restricted. (Only work schedule adjustments are possible)
3. Work Location-Based Roster Management
Work locations (GPS), which were previously only used for GPS management, can now be utilized for shift work.
Please add work locations for each store (organization) in Work Location Settings
A work location refers to the entity that serves as the management unit for shift work, such as stores, branches, factories, hospitals, etc.
Even if locations are close together, if the management units are different (different members working together, different roster creators, etc.), please set them as separate work locations.
If multiple brand stores exist within a department store but each store has separate members and roster creators, please add work locations for each brand store.
Setting Up as a Shift Work Location
In [Shift Work Settings] - [Shift Work Location Management], enable the work locations added in Work Location Settings as shift work locations.
Click [Work Location] at the top left of [Shift Work Management] to easily switch between and view rosters by work location.
The work location roster shows the organization members assigned to that work location.
Previously, when viewing two or more rosters, you had to tediously switch organization filters each time. Now you can quickly switch between work locations to view rosters.
In the work location roster, you can see work schedules available only at that work location as well as shared schedules.
4. Support Work (Dispatch) Feature Added
You can designate 'support workers' who work at a location for a specific period only.
A 'support' feature has been added for situations where someone works at Work Location A for a specific period even though they don't belong to Work Location A on the organization chart.
Previously, if only organization-based edit permissions were granted, this could only be resolved through transfers or permission modifications.
Now you can add support members for specific dates without modifying the organization chart or permission settings.
You can add support (dispatch) workers to your store (work location).
To manage support work targets, you need 'Work Edit' permission for both the work location and the support work target.
Example: Adding 'Hong Gil-dong' as a support worker at the 'Seohyeon Store' work location → 'Work Edit' permission is needed for both the 'Seohyeon Store' organization and 'Hong Gil-dong'.
When viewing a work location roster, members from other work locations who are support targets within the period are also included in the view.
Support worker status is displayed on the screen, and you can filter by support status.
Work can only be registered/edited on dates when support actually occurs at that work location.
When registering support work, the support work location is added as a temporary work location for that date
When using GPS work location restrictions, support work targets can register work at the support work location on that date.
Example: If a member belonging to 'Seohyeon Store' goes on support work to the 'Pangyo Store' organization on January 15, although work registration is normally not possible at that work location, work start/end is possible at Seohyeon Store on January 15 only.
5. UX Improvements
Per-Member Information and Member Statistics
[Per-Member Information] and [Member Statistics] have been separated.
Fixed information for each member such as organization and position can be viewed in the fixed 'Per-Member Information' on the left.
Information that changes based on assignments such as work days and off-duty days can be viewed in 'Member Statistics' on the right.
Roster Publication Change Review
After assigning schedules, clicking the [Publish Roster] button allows you to review all work changes affected at the time of publication at a glance.
You can also view changes grouped by date in the date-specific detail tab.

What features will be added to work location-based management in the future?
What features will be added to work location-based management in the future?
Currently, only work location-based management is supported, but we plan to develop it further to support more use cases. Including the work location-based roster viewing and support features being added this time, we plan to incorporate work location-based data management into the product going forward. Various settings such as roster assignment rules, day-off management rules, and approval lines for changes are planned, so please look forward to it. :)
I want to use the newly added features with some organizations as management units rather than work locations. Is there a way?
