Give Recognition
You can send recognition messages via [Home Feed] → top right [Send to Colleague].
Through Recognition, all team members can freely write messages of praise! Send warm recognition messages to colleagues or teams with five different emotions.
When a recognition is posted, all team members receive a notification and can see it!
You can leave comments and emojis on posted recognitions to ask questions or communicate in detail. Try expressing empathy through actions like ♡Like!
Send Feedback
You can send feedback messages to colleagues via [Home Feed] → top right [Send to Colleague]. Written feedback is only visible to the sender and recipient.

Admins with [Recognition and Feedback Management] permission can delete recognitions posted by team members. Feedback can only be edited and deleted by the author.

Only the sender and recipient can view it. If an admin with permissions is not the sender or recipient, they cannot view it.
If you want admins to be able to view and use it, please use the Review feature to conduct evaluations 🙂

Only the author and admins with [Recognition and Feedback Management] permission can delete recognitions.
Go to [Home Feed] → top [Company News] - [Recognition], hover over the recognition you want to delete to see the trash icon delete button, and click it to delete immediately.
