Recruitment Process Settings (Screening Stages, Evaluation Templates)

Before creating a job posting, you can set up screening stages and evaluation templates to quickly apply them to job postings.
Only Recruitment Managers and Super Admins can configure posting screening stages and evaluation templates.

Screening Stage Settings

  • Go to [Recruitment] -> [Postings] -> [Settings] -> [Screening Stage Settings] to create screening stages that match your team's recruitment process and apply them to postings.

  • Click [Add] to create document submission and interview stages.

  • When there are multiple recruitment managers, you can add a description to each screening stage to share what each stage evaluates, and set colors for screening stages. Assign unique colors to each stage for easy identification.

    • Check [Auto-add when creating posting] to automatically apply the created screening stage when creating postings. Auto-added stages can be removed (modified) during the posting creation step.

  • Click [Right-click on screening stage] -> [Delete] to delete a screening stage.

    • Screening stages that contain candidates with ongoing recruitment cannot be deleted. If deletion is needed, candidates must be moved to another stage first.

    • Please note that deleted screening stages cannot be recovered, so delete with caution!

Evaluation Criteria / Evaluation Template Settings

What are evaluation criteria? They are the standards used to evaluate candidates for each position.


What is an evaluation template? You can create templates of evaluation criteria by position and use them during document review and interview processes.

  • Go to [Recruitment] -> top right [Settings] -> [Evaluation Template Settings]

  • Enter evaluation criteria in the [Search or Add Evaluation Criteria] box.

    • You can enter individual criteria for evaluating candidates by position.

  • Click [Add Template] at the bottom left to create evaluation templates based on the added criteria.

  • Select created evaluation criteria to add, or click [Add New Criteria] to create new ones.

    • If you modify the name or description of evaluation criteria, the changes will also apply to other templates that include those criteria.


FAQ

Can I delete an evaluation template?

Yes, you can. Go to [Recruitment] -> top right [Settings] -> [Evaluation Template Settings] -> click the template to delete, then click the three dots in the top right. However, templates currently in use for job postings cannot be deleted.

Can I view rejected candidates by screening stage?

When a candidate is rejected at a screening stage, they are processed as finally rejected. Therefore, you cannot filter and view rejected candidates by screening stage in the completed tab.

Where can I configure recruitment account permissions?

You can configure recruitment account settings in the settings at the top right of the Recruitment menu.
