We'll show you how to create a job posting for each position and configure detailed information such as hiring stages and application details.
Job Posting Body Settings
Click [Job Postings] → [Create Job Posting] on the right → [Create New Posting] to create a posting.
Click [Duplicate Posting] to duplicate an existing posting you've already created.
You can configure the posting's manager, employment type, duration, job function, job category, and more.
Manager: Refers to the person responsible for the posting. The posting manager receives notifications related to their postings and can filter candidates, postings, and other items by manager.
Duration: The recruitment period for the posting. If you enter a specific period, the posting will automatically close when that period expires.
Job Function: You can set the job function for the posting. To add a job function from the Create Posting screen, [HR Information Management permission] is required.
If a job function is added, it will be reflected in HR information.
Job Category: When a job category is configured, candidates can browse postings by job category on the careers site.
Adding a job category will not be reflected in flex HR information.
You can set the posting's visibility in the upper left. If you create a job posting as public, it will be publicly visible on the careers site. You can change the public/private setting at any time after creating the posting.
Hiring Stage Settings
Click [Add Hiring Stage] to apply an existing hiring stage or create a new one to apply to the posting.
After adding hiring stages, apply an evaluation template for each stage.
Assign evaluators for each hiring stage.
Application Details Settings
In [Application Details], you can configure the materials and additional information candidates must submit when applying.
If the submission method is set to [File Submission Only], candidates can only submit via file attachment.
If this option is not turned on, candidates can submit via either file attachment or link.
If you have pre-screening questions, try adding them as shown below.
Candidates can write up to 10,000 characters for pre-screening questions. If you want to collect pre-screening questions without a character limit, try adding a custom application submission form to receive responses in a variety of formats!
Additional Information: Select any additional items you need to collect from candidates.
Editing / Deleting a Job Posting
If you modify the hiring stages or evaluation templates mid-process, the changes will not be applied retroactively to candidates who applied or were registered before the modification.
Hiring stages, evaluation templates, and evaluators apply only to candidates registered (or who applied) after the modification.
If you want to apply the updated hiring stages and evaluation templates to candidates who applied or were registered before the modification, please delete the candidates and re-register them.
Click [Edit] on the posting → click the three-dot button in the upper right → select [Delete] to delete the posting.
Postings cannot be deleted if there are candidates currently in progress. Deleted postings cannot be restored, so please be careful when deleting!
