We'll walk you through how to view and evaluate recruitment candidates by screening stage, position, and assignee, in the order you would work through these tasks!
Checklist
Use the checklist to understand what needs to be done at each stage.
When you click on a checklist item such as assigning an evaluator, changing the screening stage, or inviting a final candidate, the candidates who need to be processed accordingly will be displayed.
You can also view candidates grouped by job posting. [My Postings] refers to postings you have created, and [All Postings] refers to all postings across the company.
Viewing Candidates
You can apply filters to sort by assignee, screening stage, and position, as well as by other conditions.
In the [Candidates] tab, select a candidate to view their candidate information, evaluation details, email history, and timeline.
Click [View Details] to review the documents and pre-screening questions submitted by the candidate.
If you are a recruitment manager, you can change the screening stage in real time, and if you are an evaluator, you can also proceed with the evaluation at the same time.
If there is anything you need to note about a candidate, use [My Notes] at the bottom. If there is anything you want to pass on to the evaluator in the next stage, please share it via [Timeline] - [Notes to Pass On].
Evaluating Candidates
In the left candidate evaluation menu under the [Evaluation In Progress] tab, please fill in the scores for each item and your written evaluation.
The star rating at the top of the evaluation items automatically calculates the average score across individual items.
Below the star rating, you can write an overall comment about the candidate.
After completing your entry, be sure to click Complete Evaluation at the bottom of the window!
If you need to edit the evaluation, you can modify it from the [Evaluation Complete] screen.
Downloading Candidate Information
Select candidates individually or select all within a stage group, then click the [Excel Download] button at the bottom.
Once the Excel download is complete, you will be notified via an in-app notification in flex as well as by email. The link is valid for 3 days.
When you download candidate information, you can view not only the candidate's details but also the evaluation information for that candidate.

The email address used to send emails to candidates cannot be changed. Recruitment emails are currently sent from the address [email protected].
Can evaluators in the next stage see the evaluation content from the previous stage?

Considering that allowing other evaluators to view evaluation content could compromise objective assessment, evaluators are unable to see evaluation content from stages they are not assigned to. If the next stage's evaluator needs to review previous content, please share the evaluation details and candidate information with them via [Notes to Pass On].

Yes. When the same candidate applies to a different job posting, a "Duplicate Application" label will be displayed alongside their entry. Duplicate applications are recognized when the candidate's name and phone number match.
When viewing a candidate, it says the viewing period has expired and access is no longer possible.

Once the period has expired, viewing and changing stages is no longer possible.
In such cases, upgrading to a paid plan allows for unlimited candidate viewing and the ability to add multiple recruitment managers.

To edit a candidate's evaluation,
select [Candidate Evaluation] on the left - select [Evaluation In Progress or Evaluation Complete] - then use [Edit Evaluation] in the bottom right to modify the evaluation content.
