Viewing Candidates
Administrators with [Recruitment Manager] permissions can view candidate status by screening stage by clicking the mobile app [Today] tab or [More] → [Recruitment] at the bottom right.
Click [Show My Postings Only] to view the status of candidates for postings you are assigned to. If you want to view all candidates' status, toggle off [Show My Postings Only].
When you click on a candidate, you can view their application information, submitted documents, and evaluation results.
Sending Email to Candidates
Click [Recruitment] → [Candidate] → [Email] → [Compose Email] to send an email to a candidate.
You can quickly send emails to candidates by loading saved email templates from the PC recruitment menu. However, please note that flex emails are sent from a [non-replyable address].
Creating Interview Schedules and Requesting Evaluations
When you need to create evaluations or interview schedules, go to [Recruitment] → [Click Candidate] → [Evaluation] tab and click [Create Schedule] to assign evaluators and send evaluation request notifications to them.
You can change the screening stage based on evaluation results. For final acceptance or rejection, please also select [End Screening].
Conducting Evaluations
Evaluators can review the candidate's resume, portfolio, pre-screening questions, and more. You can also click the [Chat Bubble] at the top right of the evaluation screen to communicate with recruitment managers.
