Sending Emails to Candidates

In accordance with the Fair Hiring Procedure Act, starting August 8 (Fri), the retention and usage period for candidates' personal information will change to 180 days.

Send notification emails to candidates at each stage of the hiring process.
We'll explain the two sending methods: individual and bulk sending!

The sender email address for candidate emails cannot be edited or modified, and replies are not supported.

Sending an Email (Individual)

  • Go to [Recruitment] → [Candidates] tab, click the candidate you want to email, then click [Write Email].

  • On the email writing screen, you can quickly apply a previously created email template.

  • Click [Send Sample Email] to send a sample email to yourself for review.

  • Sent emails can be viewed in the [Email] tab or [Timeline].

Sending Emails (Bulk)

  • Select candidates by checking the boxes, then click [Write Email] at the bottom to send emails to all selected candidates at once.
