How Should I Manage Clock-In/Out for Industrial Technical/Professional Research Personnel?
According to the 2024 Military Designated Company Service Management Manual, personnel clock-in/out must be managed through electronic or mechanical methods. Among the evaluation items for inspections and surprise checks, Service Matters has the highest weight at 35 points.

Work Type Setup and Application
You must set up work types according to the agreed working conditions.
Enable the real-time clock-in/out feature so that employees can clock in/out directly using PC or mobile app.

The reason the real-time clock-in/out feature should be used is that while there is also a method of manually entering work records, the data that must be submitted during inspections must include the employee's actual clock-in time. Also, administrators or team leaders can check same-day clock-in/out omissions through the employee work screen.
Checking Clock-In/Out Records and Access IP Records
Go to the left menu [Attendance Management] -> [Work Record Management] -> Download [Employee Work Records] to check daily clock-in/out, or download [Period-Based Work Hours] to check cumulative work records by period.
You can check actual clock-in/out times and work records through daily attendance records. The downloaded data includes saved clock-in and clock-out times.
Daily access IP log backup is possible. If you feel that simply accumulating daily clock-in/out records is not enough, check the audit log data in the left menu under [Settings] -> [Audit Log].
Audit logs can be downloaded as CSV files. However, audit log viewing is limited to records within the last 7 days. (The period varies by plan.) Therefore, if you want to manage/submit IP access log records as well, regular backups are necessary.
