If an employee was registered incorrectly or their account needs to be deleted, you can delete the employee from their profile. However, employees enrolled in the four major social insurances or separated employees require separation processing.
Deleted employees cannot be restored, so please delete with caution.
Delete Employee
Only admins with [Employee Employment Information Management] permission can delete employees.
Go to [Employees] → [Click target employee] → [Profile] top right, [More] → [Delete Employee].
After reviewing the caution notice, type [I have reviewed the caution notice] in the text field and click the [Delete] button.
When an employee is deleted, all information in flex is permanently deleted and cannot be restored. However, workflow documents submitted by the employee are not deleted, but the deleted employee's name will not be displayed and will appear as [Deleted Employee]. Please be careful when deleting employees.
