If you want to apply the changes in the future, change the [Application Date] to a future date.
If there are notes you want to record while making organization changes, enter them in the memo field.
After adding the organizations to be restructured, click [Save] to schedule the organization change.
You can check whether organization changes are scheduled by clicking [Changes Scheduled] in the upper right of the organization chart settings or [Organization Chart Change History] in the Members menu.

If you need to cancel a schedule, click [Delete Schedule].
Appointing Members to Future Organizations
