By default, only the employee themselves can change their email.
However, before sign-up, an admin can change the email. Here's how to change it for each situation!
Changing Email After Employee Sign-Up
If the employee has completed sign-up, the employee themselves must change their email information, not the admin.
After the employee logs in to flex, click the company name at the top of the left menu → [My Settings] → [Change Email]. A verification email will be sent to proceed with the change, so please use a currently active email account.
Changing Email Before Employee Sign-Up
If the employee has not yet signed up for flex, the admin can change the email on their behalf!
Go to the left menu [Members] → [Invitation Status] to check the employee's invitation status.
Before Invitation: The invitation email has not been sent yet, so the admin can change the registered email.
Awaiting Sign-Up: The invitation email has been sent but not yet accepted, so the admin can change the registered email.
Entering Information: The invitation email has been sent and accepted, and the employee is currently signing up. The admin cannot change the email.
If the employee is in [Before Invitation] or [Awaiting Sign-Up] status, go to the member profile → [Basic Information] → [Edit] button.
Confirm that it says [Unverified Account], change the email, then click [Save Changes] at the bottom.
