If an employee says they cannot log in, please check the following!
Check Invitation Status
Go to [Employees] → [Invitation Status] tab to check the invitation status.
If you have added and invited an employee, you can check their current registration status.
Invitation Status | Description |
Not Invited | This means you have registered a new employee but have not yet sent an invitation email. Click the More button on the right to send the invitation email. |
Awaiting Sign-up | This means the employee received the invitation email but has not yet clicked 'Accept Invitation' in the email. Please ask them to accept and proceed with registration. |
Entering Information | This means the employee clicked 'Accept Invitation' in the invitation email and is currently entering their registration information. While entering information, the employee can log in with their email and the password they set. |
If the ID was changed in Google Workspace but not reflected in flex
Even if the company email has changed, the email registered in flex is the same as the ID, so a separate change is needed! Only the employee themselves can change it.
Click company profile at the top left of the flex screen - [My Settings] - [Change Email]

This means the employee already clicked Accept Invitation but did not complete entering their information within the deadline, so the email expired. In this case, since the account has already been created, they can log in by visiting the flex main homepage and clicking [Login] at the top right. Please share this link (click) with the employee so they can proceed!

Sometimes employees search for flex online and create a company account and sign up on their own without checking the invitation email sent by the admin. In this case, the account created by the employee needs to be deleted, so please contact us via chat. Once the incorrectly registered account is deleted, the admin can re-register and invite the employee using that email.
