Uploading to My Documents & Downloading Employment/Career Certificates

You can upload your documents or download employment & career certificates from the [Documents & Certificates] tab.

Uploading to My Documents

  • Employees can view & download documents uploaded by admins or themselves from My Profile → [Documents & Certificates] tab.

  • Hover over a document tab to [Preview] and [Download] files.

  • Click a document tab showing [No File], upload your document, and save.

Issuing Certificates

  • Admins and individual employees can download their own certificates from the certificate issuance tab at the top right of [Documents & Certificates].

    • However, if an active employee (not yet separated) wants to download a career certificate, they must contact their admin and request it separately.
