Team members and team leads can view evaluation reports (evaluation result reports) shared by admins.
Only shared reports can be viewed; reports that have not yet been shared will not appear in the list.
Even shared reports can be recalled by the admin, and recalled reports can no longer be viewed.
Checking My Evaluation Report (Team Member View)
Team members who have received a shared evaluation result report can view it through the following paths:
Click the evaluation report sharing notification
My Profile > Evaluation tab
If there are shared reports, you can view the content in the Evaluation tab as shown below.
Checking Shared Team Members' Reports (Team Lead View)
Team leads can view evaluation reports of team members that have been shared with them.

Or, if the [View Past Reports] feature is enabled during the evaluation target's evaluation form writing process,
you can also view the team member's previous evaluation result reports from the evaluation writing screen.

If View Past Reports is enabled as a reference feature during evaluation writing, the evaluator can view past evaluation result reports directly from the evaluation form writing screen as shown in the image below.
When evaluation result reports are batch-shared with team members' team leads, in-product notifications and email notifications are sent to the team leads.
When clicking the evaluation result notification, team leads can view all team members' evaluation reports at once. By selecting from the member list displayed on the left side of the screen, you can sequentially view each member's evaluation results.
However, the member list on the left is only displayed when accessed through the notification.
When accessing from a specific member's screen such as the 1-on-1 screen or member profile, you can only view that member's report and cannot switch to other members' evaluation reports from the list.
If you have received two or more reports generated from the same evaluation results, you can click the dropdown on the right side of the title area at the top of the report screen to select and switch between reports to compare or review their content.
In other words, even for the same evaluation results, if multiple report formats have been shared, each report is displayed separately, and you can select and view the shared evaluation reports.
