You can check work records on a specific employee's work screen or view the work status of all or specific organizations at a glance. If an employee does not appear on the employee work screen, you need to check whether the employee has been assigned to a specific [organization]. Since employees are searched by organization unit, an employee may not appear if they do not belong to any organization. Therefore, please issue a personnel transfer to assign the employee to an organization before searching!
Checking employee work requires the [Work Inquiry] permission to be granted.

An employee worked on a holiday but is not showing up as a holiday worker.
Please check whether the holiday the employee worked was [Saturday] and not a weekly holiday (Sunday) or public holiday!
For Saturday work, if Saturday is not designated as a weekly holiday, the system treats it as a [day off] rather than a weekly holiday.
If you want Saturday work to be recognized as holiday work just like Sunday (weekly holiday) work, please refer to the guide below! Go to Guide
When checking an employee's work hours, I see a time of -N:nn in the upper right.
When checking an employee's work hours, I see a time of -N:nn in the upper right.
-N:nn represents the remaining time until the legally maximum allowable work hours
For example, based on the monthly flexible work type:
Target work hours: 161 hours 6 minutes
Paid leave usage time: 8 hours
Monthly overtime hours: 64 hours 44 minutes
Target work hours + paid leave usage time + monthly overtime hours = 233 hours 50 minutes
Total work hours excluding leave: 161 hours 6 minutes + 64 hours 44 minutes = 225 hours 50 minutes
Paid leave fills the target work hours but is not included in actual working hours, so you can work 'more' by the amount of paid leave used (8 hours).
Remaining maximum allowable work hours: 225 hours 50 minutes (actual hours worked by employee) - 230 hours 12 minutes (legally maximum allowable work hours / monthly flexible work type basis) = -4 hours 22 minutes
Note that if you are currently recording work in real time, it will be included in the remaining time and total work hours after the real-time work recording ends.

Employees on leave of absence and resigned employees appear on the employee work screen.
If an employee on leave or who has resigned has any work records or employment days within the queried period in the day, week, month, or view, we show the employees on leave and the resigned employees.
That is, when viewing employee work for November 17 ~ November 23, 2025 in the weekly view,
Employees who went on leave or resigned from the 18th onward will appear in that week and in the November monthly view and cycle view because November 17 was their employment day.
