On the Annual Leave Details screen, you can view at a glance the status of annual leave generated, expired, used, and adjusted by administrators for the applicable year.
Annual Leave Details Overview
On the [Leave] -> [Leave Overview] -> [Annual Leave Details] screen, you can check the auto-granted, expired, adjusted, and used quantities for the applicable year.
Based on the monthly detailed history, it sums up the annual leave changes that have occurred or will occur during that year, not the current balance.
Hover your mouse over the numbers in the [Auto-Granted], [Expired], [Used], and [Remaining] columns to see detailed information, such as when and why monthly or annual leave was auto-granted.
Annual leave and monthly leave counts are separated, so you can check the remaining monthly and annual leave at a specific point in time.

No, it will not be deducted from your 2025 annual leave!
Leave registered for 2026 will be deducted from the annual leave available at the time of actual use.
In other words, if you use leave on a date in 2026, it will be deducted from the annual leave granted in 2026, not from your 2025 balance.
For example, if today is November 30, 2025, and you register leave for January 2, 2026, it will be deducted from the annual leave granted in 2026!
This is called 'advance usage', meaning you can pre-register future annual leave for dates after the expected grant date.

Annual Leave Details shows all annual/monthly leave generated during that year, while the remaining days shown on the annual leave card in Leave Overview is based on real-time, i.e., the current point in time.
For example, if an employee with less than 1 year of service receives monthly leave on their hire date anniversary each month, Annual Leave Details will show this, but if the monthly leave grant date (hire date anniversary) has not yet arrived, the remaining annual leave days in Leave Overview may differ.

In the employee's Annual Leave Details, hover your mouse over the granted days in the [Auto-Granted] column to see the detailed breakdown. Check the basis for the grant, and if it's not the intended setting, please update it in Settings - Annual Leave Policy!
