Can the CEO or department head conduct evaluations by only assigning grades to organizations and employees?

You may have wondered whether a department head or CEO who doesn't work closely with the review subject can conduct evaluations by only assigning grades in a top-down review.

Add the [Top-down Batch Review] section in [Review Steps] and try it out!

Creating a Top-down Batch Review

  • Go to [Create Review] → [Review Steps], add a [Top-down Batch Review] step.

  • Top-down Batch Review is a method that evaluates subjects using only the overall grade. Please proceed with basic settings through the Create Review guide.

Conducting Batch Review

  • CEOs or department heads conducting the top-down batch review can find it in [Reviews in Progress] once the review is opened.

  • You can view multiple review subjects sorted in ascending/descending order by name, role, organization, position, and job function.

    • This is useful when assigning grades while evaluating by organization.

  • The employee's organization and position are displayed together!

  • Depending on the review settings, top-down batch review evaluators can also conduct reviews while viewing [Reference Materials].
