Creating a Top-down Batch Review
Go to [Create Review] → [Review Steps], add a [Top-down Batch Review] step.
Top-down Batch Review is a method that evaluates subjects using only the overall grade. Please proceed with basic settings through the Create Review guide.
Conducting Batch Review
CEOs or department heads conducting the top-down batch review can find it in [Reviews in Progress] once the review is opened.
You can view multiple review subjects sorted in ascending/descending order by name, role, organization, position, and job function.
This is useful when assigning grades while evaluating by organization.
The employee's organization and position are displayed together!
Depending on the review settings, top-down batch review evaluators can also conduct reviews while viewing [Reference Materials].
