How Can Team Members Apply for Leave of Absence, Resignation, or Reduced Work Hours?

Leave of Absence Application

After receiving a leave of absence application, you must register the leave of absence in the member's profile.

  1. Enter the title.

  2. Use various fields to enter the necessary information for the leave of absence/return application.

  3. If detailed content needs to be written, use the content section.

  4. If there are reference documents or attachments for the member, register and enable them.

  5. Set up the approval line for the required approvals.

Resignation Letter (Retirement Application)

If a member has submitted a resignation letter, you must register the retirement date in the member's profile.

  1. Enter the title. (You can also enter guidance content needed when writing the document.)

  2. Use various fields to enter the necessary information for the resignation letter.

  3. If detailed content needs to be written, use the content section.

  4. If there are reference documents or attachments for the member, register and enable them.

  5. Set up the approval line for the required approvals.

TIP! If you're concerned about documents like resignation letters being visible to all members, use document classification to set it so only certain authorized users can view them!

Reduced Work Hours Application

If you've received a reduced work hours application, you need to apply a new work type to the member based on the submitted information.

  1. Enter the title.

  2. Use various fields to enter the necessary information for the reduced work hours application. You can enter example text or provide selection options.

  3. If detailed content or guidance is needed, use the content section.

  4. If there are reference documents or attachments for the member, register and enable them.

Can I collect signatures from members through workflows?

Workflows do not currently support the ability to collect member signatures or seals.

For reference, since resignation letters are a notification from the member to the company, we recommend using workflows rather than methods like electronic contracts that require mutual agreement and signatures.
